When I bought the bed from the mattress center I was promised I had a ten year warranty on my bed in which if anything were to go wrong it would be fixed. When I first contacted you about the issue of the bed having sagging your sales associate told me that multiple people had problems with the exact bed I bought. You did not once say that my ten year warranty would require me to physically take my bed to a factory to get fixed. You only offered to drop the bed off to get fixed when I told you I would put a fraudulent charge on my credit card and you even had the audacity to ask me to tip your drivers $ 40 when I live less than 2 miles away and had just bought the bed 3 months ago! I tried to get this resolved and when I received the bed back, low and behold a month went by and the bed sagged horribly again. We eventually did buy an expensive mattress topper and guess what? The bed still sags in two spots. I either have to sleep in the middle of the bed or at the very edge to get any back support. You sir have directly led to many sleepless nights because not only am I born with scoliosis but I bought a bed that is defective and would make better firewood. Good luck with your continued efforts in ripping people off and I hope that if just one person reads this review and decided not to buy from you then that’s a win for me.

Just bought a box springs, but had had a hard time finding one for a reasonable price up till now. Mattress Center had one, it was quick, easy and reasonable.

Been meeting to write this review for over a week but better late than never.
So my wife and I were shopping for a bunk bed for our daughter and went to see what they had because we had already tried every place elsewhere on furniture row. They didn’t have what we wanted in stock but the guy there showed us a catalog.
We found something in there and we were a little skeptical about not being able to see it first. The guy told us we could order it and when it came we could come take a look. The quality was more than our expectations.
Then we had another hurdle that we wouldn’t be ready for it for a month due to a house remodel. He said no worries I’ll hold it for you and when your ready we’ll deliver and assemble for you. Awesome service!
Fast forward a couple months… Our kids had a big sleep over and somehow it the mix the drawers got broken (turns out they were climbing and jumping from the top). We called the mattress center told them about our problem and no worries. They came out and fixed everything for only $ 45.
That was above and beyond if you ask me and I would recommend them to anyone.
Thank you guys for helping our vision of our daughters dream room come true and staying that way with your excellent service.

Comfortable bed at a great price. They are a reasonably-​priced family business with a good selection. Had quick friendly delivery also.

The mattress center is the true definition of a family owned business Neal took care of me like I was family even with my demands on a custom sized mattress I will be returning next time I need any furniture true small local business doing things right not like those big chain stores (sleep train) that try and milk every penny from their targets (customers)

I was ready to give this place a very good review. Since it is a family owned business they are able to negotiate prices which was really helpful on the pocket. However I am pretty angry at the fact that I was told my bed would be delivered Sunday between 12 and 4. Then call to find out the forgot they needed to deliver my bed and it would be 6 or 7 until they were able to deliver. I wasted my whole day waiting for this delivery and they still expected me to pay $ 50 delivery fee. I argued with them and got it down to 25 but I’m still extremely pissed that I wasted my whole Sunday waiting around for them instead of running errands.

My wife and I needed a new bed/​frame for our guest room. We checked out a larger furniture store, but weren’t overly impressed. Dropped in here for a quick check. Thankfully it’s so straightforward that there’s little shopping that needs to take place.
We ordered a bed, frame and foot/​headboard. We were to be called when it was available, which we weren’t. Thankfully our order was ready when it was supposed to be.
Not the warmest of environments, so if you’re looking for that «cower at your feet» level of customer service, you won’t find it here. But if you just need to buy something, and they have it, you’ll be all set.

we waited too long to make this post. we were shopping for a mattress for almost a week. we went to lots of stores but were taken aback by the prices and «sales hustlers» these guys were great! we needed a queen and had enough left over to get a twin for JR. great store, great service and amazing values. thank you Mattress Center.
