I like to come here because it’s almost always empty, and the inside is the nicest in San Marcos, hands down. I don’t know if the emptiness is a reflection of their business but since I don’t get manicures, I don’t mind getting pedicures here. Their prices are about the same compared to around town. Tipping in cash only is annoying though.

***Unsanitary*** I’m assuming this place does not wash their tools properly. I got a shellac manicure almost two weeks ago and I’m still dealing with an infection from where they cut my cuticle. My finger was throbbing, red and oozing shortly after the service. Horrible experience. Also, my shellac looks like crap. I normally wouldn’t complain if my shellac wasn’t great — but since i’m here, i’ll mention that it looks straight up strange. Super thick on one side of each nail. Never had that happen.

Horrible place, find another with employees that are skilled and and possess good customer service. Not only did I receive a very bad manicure and pedicure, with their very diluted nail polishes, but my grand daughter was accused of taking a phone charger on her last visit. She visits this business regularly and was treated rudely with false accusations. After demanding they check their camera servillence tapes to identify the person that took their charger, he realizes he is wrong and proceeds to walk away. Mumbles an apology to my grand daughter, only after I «demand» one. Too many places that deliver better service than this particular salon. Find a better place!

I went and spent 80 dollars pampering myself, the massage for a pedicure was great however the deluxe pedicure was not so deluxe. The man down my toes was great and fun to talk to. However, I have to repaint my toes that night because the coat was almost see through thin and a little messed up. I also had to go back the next day because my shellac manicure started lifting the next day one nail lifted so much that I was able to peel it off. My waxing was great and everyone was really friendly.

Worst experience that almost left me crying. Came in with reasonably long finger nails, wanting a French manicure and pedicure. Ended with incredibly short, cut straight, nails with a line of white on the tip on nails that aren’t even filed. My pedicure was terrible! It was like she was trying to rip off my skin with the sugar scrub! It was almost like she was more interested in the TV behind me than doing a decent job. She also talked. A lot. Wanted a peaceful experience and since I have social anxiety, I didn’t want to talk much. But oh no. She talked. Took way too long for crap service. I still have nail polish on my foot. I really doubt she was even a nail tech but instead a daughter of the owner. Yeah it’s nice and clean and pretty on the inside but oh my god I will NEVER return here. I’ve been so angry and close to crying since I left and it’s no wonder the place was almost empty on the Saturday before Christmas.
You always have to be careful where you go to get something done that involved beauty, especially nails and waxing, and honestly? JcPenny or a 10 year old can do better than what I got for FIFTY DOLLARS. Ridiculous.

Absolute terrible service. If you want to wait over 30 minutes to be waited on and watch them start on someone else that came in after you, this is the place to go.
Besides the terrible service, the quality of work was also extremely poor.
Very disappointing.

Will only take tips in cash! I hardly carry cash so this was an inconvenience
Other than that I had pretty good service and the place seemed clean. The lady who did my pedicure was nice, but the lady who did my shellac mani wasn’t very talkative. I was in and out in under an hour.
