Literally everything on the menu is bomb. Go eat there. Get a «manmosa» Sunday brunch is great too.

Best food in San Marcos, hands down! I really enjoy the atmosphere and bringing my friends here! The Dirty Dog’s they offer are deeelicous! I LOVE The Godfather Fries! Those are the bomb dot com. :) Bartenders are really friendly and they are open till 3 AM!!! I would highly recommend this place! 5 STARS!

Trendy atmosphere, intimate, not overly loud or dirty (as a lot of spots on the Square can be.) The legendary Dirty Dog now has multiple variations, and are sinfully delicious! I love the specialty fries, they are my favorite! Be patient if you come after 2 am when the Dirty Dog rush is on!

Unilocal rarely fails me… but I can only count one other time (here’s to you Taqueria Arandas) where it led me to what will, without a doubt, be one of my new favorite restaurants EVER.
Let’s just start with the service. As soon as we walked in we were greeted (thank you!!)…when will people realize how huge this is? The bartender looked to be holding the fort down all by herself, but she didn’t really seem to need any help. She was funny, informative, and took great care of us the whole time we were there.
We were hangry when we got there so I immediately put in an order for fried pickles. They were so on point. The ranch, too.
I took her (hate that I didn’t get her name!!) up on her recommendation to try the Angry German. I am a kraut aficionado so I couldn’t pass it up once she mentioned that she loves it despite not even liking kraut! I was not led astray. It was the perfect ratio of grilled kraut, onion & peppers atop the juiciest, plumpest of sausages on a crunchy, buttery roll. I was miserably full once I finished it, but it was definitely worth it.
The boy got a burger that was covered in mac and cheese. He was in heaven.
Turned out the amazing bartender was not all by her lonesome as a very nice gentleman delivered (and cooked) our food. We made sure to let him know we were pleased with his efforts.
And all I can think about is when I can take those nearest and dearest back here with me to try something else out.

First of all, address listed here on Unilocal is incorrect! It’s actually a few blocks down on the square.
BUT the food was ABSO-​BOBCAT-​LUTELY DE-​LICIOUS. They have Queso Blanco, which is hard to find anywhere, and their burgers and waffle fries were terrific! They had awesome drink specials too, and I could see this being a great stop after a night out. But still great if you’re just looking for a bite!
I’m not sure what service other reviewers are talking about, because our waitress was very attentive and pleasant, as were other staff!

The best place to come get food after a night of bar hopping and dancing. The classic dirty dog is the best route to go if it is your first time. The drinks are well-​made and fairly priced, however the service is lacking some days. The waitresses look like they have better things to be doing then serving you but the food and atmosphere make up for that.

Food was delicious. Server acted like she wanted to be any place but there. Idk maybe she was having a bad day. The cook was really pleasant and even came back check that we enjoyed our food which the server never did. He made up for the crap service from her for sure. Will definitely be going back because the food was so good but tell the girls to smile a little!

Oh my lord. Best Mac & Cheese I have ever eaten! This place is easily the best late night option in town. I was so stoked to see they were open when I was starving at midnight on a Sunday. I also ordered a side salad that came with craisins, even though the online menu says otherwise; little bothered by that, but I picked ‘em out and loved their house dressing! They desperately need a vegetarian hot dog or burger option, then I would say it’s my favorite SM spot. Must try!

I have to tell you sinners and saints is one of the best places i have been that makes you feel like home. To me the dirty dog is far beyond the best and most thrilling taste bud experience i have ever encountered. I love the customer service and the whole atmosphere its just all around a good place to eat and get my drink on!!!

My friends and I absolutely love this place! The drinks are very reasonably priced and made well! We especially love Maureen and her specialty shots! Great service, food, and atmosphere! 5 stars!

Atmosphere was great! Drinks and food came out quick. Not just a speed service bar REAL customer service. I appreciated the connection made by Bartenders! Had ‘The Little Fatty’ sooo good. Will definitely come back for food and football!

Ive been here a few times and ive had a great experience. Fod bartenders and staff, amazing food, chill atmosphere, and good drinks!!! This is the new spot.

Waited 45 minutes for a shitty macaroni tortilla.

The food was amazing, but the service was borderline terrible.
The service: The waitress was polite and friendly but they were clearly understaffed, however she may have remembered what I ordered if she wasn’t making out with that guy in the corner. And no, I’m not exaggerating. My mom ordered the Hawaiian, and they didn’t tell her they were out of Gouda until they brought our food out. And when I say our food, I mean everyone else’s, because they got my order wrong and didn’t give me my sandwich until we’d already paid the bill and were on our way out. Never got a refill on the coke they almost forgot to bring me, either.
This is an easy fix. Hire more & better servers.
The food: pulled pork was the best id had in my life, the DD fries were amazing, the Scotty was good, burgers were great. Alpha dog was awesome

Me and my boyfriend are currently sitting at the bar in this place and felt that we had to write a review about this awesome place ASAP!
We were walking around the square looking for something new and boy, did we find something new!
DD fries are a must! Waffle fries topped off with delicious pulled pork, scallions and cheese. YUM! The pulled pork was soft, juicy and just delicious.
Their main course contained sausage wraps topped off with almost anything you can think of. I ordered the Mac dog which was a sausage wrap topped off with mac and cheese. Need I say more!!!
Most of their wraps and appetizers are under $ 6!
This place is awesomely priced with some delicious food and friendly staff.

Went here last night for 1^st time at 730. It wasn’t crowded at that time. The bartender and the guy who brought out our food was really nice. They have about 4 beers on draft and a ton of bottled beers. I ate the dirty dog wrap. It was pretty good overall. I would suggest grilling the sausage instead of however they cook it. Also the tortillas would be better homemade or at least heated up on a hot surface. The pulled pork was good. My friends got a burger and they said it was good. Overall I liked it but didn’t love the wrap.

Ah, the home of the Dirty Dog. Anywhere that has Dirty Dog on their menu has got to be doing something right. I’m reviewing from a past experience here and when I went to Sinners and Saints they had just recently opened. I still had a great experience, my food was hot and fresh, my beer was cold and tasty. But they did have a very limited menu. I am eager to go back and try it again sometime soon!
