For all you peeps who are in the area, you have to do some real shopping to know there’s some excellent buys in here. I mean, I’m form California, and I can seek out cute boots and apparel anywhere. Honestly, I think if you look around you will find some amazing buys, granted they do fit you. I was bummed as I found 3 pairs for boots there so $$cheap, though they were my size. I was tempted to buy and resale, as they were too good to pass up. It’s located in a cute area of downtown San Marcos and you will certainly find something, if you have a sense for creating your own fashion ensemble!

Retro Exchange is a pretty decent used clothing store just a block from the square in downtown San Marcos. I’ve had some luck selling some of the clothes I rarely wear here for a decent price, but recently I believe they are only buying clothes in exchange for store credit, possibly due to slow Summer business.
Decent selection (I can only vouch for the guys) however, I don’t have the best fashion sense so take that with a grain of salt. I got a couple of pearl snap shirts and they were about 10 bucks a piece. Not horrible.
Hope their business increases in the fall so they will be able to buy back clothes once again.
