Finally a delivery driver that was on time and didn’t forget anything. Thank you sir. Who ever you were.

I ordered a pizza for me and my kids it was their 2 medium 5 topping special it was made in a timely manner but when getting home and checking the topping they had added bbq sauce to one of our pizza’s we called to complain and heard giggling in the background. My wife and I were extremely bothered by this and was only offered an $ 8 dollar credit, bad thing is they ruined our pizza and movie night for family.

I always do pick up order. The the customer service is always excellent the pizza is delicious and very affordable

Had to eat at the bar. Matt made us feel welcomed. The service was like a 5 star restaurant. Pizza was fresh and tasty. Enjoy the food.

I ordered pizza a head of time they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I paid when I arrived and they said it would be just a minute. It took another 20 minutes For my to get the pizza it was only one ! And that was only after I had one of the carry out guys that came in get someone to fine out what is going on ! Will not going back if I hadn’t paid for it I would of Walked out !

Not sure why this location on has 3 stars. My husband and I order from this location all the time and they’re great. Food is always hot. Delivery is pretty quick. Pick up is awesome. Nice staff. No issues.

This Pizza Hut used to be really good. I have no idea what happened, but things have really changed. Tonight I ordered a two large pizza and breadstick special, 16 Honey BBQ wings and a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi. I sent my son to go pick up the order and mistakenly didn’t clarify to him what he needed to pick up. I had faith in the store and didn’t feel it was necessary. I was SO WRONG. What my son brought back was 2 large pizzas. That’s it.
I called the store to figure this out. They asked if I wanted to come back (uh no, it’s a 25 minute drive there), then they told me that they would credit me for the missing items. No apology, nothing else. When I asked if there are issues with the online ordering I was told «uh, I’m not sure, it might be our fault.» MIGHT BE??? Are you kidding me? I also complained about the cold, flat, tasteless pizza we did get. The manager said «I can refund you for the whole thing, what do you want me to do?» You are the friggin MANAGER, you should already KNOW what to do. I HATE asking for free stuff, so I took a partial credit for the missing stuff and left it at that.
Here’s a little advice from someone who has worked in customer service for 25 years: when an order is not correct COMP THE WHOLE DAMN THING and throw in a dessert or something for the next visit to apologize. This ensures that there might actually BE a next visit. The way this entire situation was handled tells me that no one gives a crap about customer service at this store and your manager needs some retraining, BIG TIME!!!

I order carryout at this location regularly. The order always comes out right. I have ordered pizzas, breadsticks and dessert here. The staff friendliness depends on who is working up front. Usually, but not always friendly.

Ordered large pizza online for carryout. Pizza was ready on time, it was made exactly how I wanted it, and it tasted great. Good job, guys!

Awful customer service. They messed up my pizza and when I called to tell them about it, the boy who answered said that he was the one who took my order and I told him something different. So basically he called me a liar, then said to not touch the pizza that was wrong and to wait for them to make the right one. I waited an hour and the «newly made» pizza was cold. Im so irritated at their rudeness I will never order from this location again.

Terrible customer service! Been ordering from here for a while, and the people here are truly incompetent. Had a simple order of a pizza and extra marinara sauce for delivery, got my pizza but no marinara sauce. And so I called to see what could be done, the lady I spoke with told me I would get a 5 $ discount next time I ordered, I accepted. I called again today to order the same thing, I asked for my discount, but guess what! It was not there. I told the lady I spoke with today that I was 100% sure I had a 5 $ discount, but the best she could do was give me 50 cents off. I mean it’s not as much about the money as it is about being competent. Thanks a lot Pizza Hut, never ordering from here again.

Incompetence bugs me, when ordering delivery I specifically asked if the breadsticks came with marinara sauce and was told they did. However, when the pizza arrived there was no marinara and the breadsticks were cold and hard, and we couldn’t even improve them with the sauce. It wouldn’t have bugged so much, if I hadn’t specifically requested it, I would’ve even been willing to pay a little extra for the sauce, but instead just got screwed, and it’s not like the price for pizza and breadsticks is chump change, for the price the quality of food and service needs to be improved.

First, they would not honor the coupon sent to my email. Then when I arrived early for my pick up, they said they could not take my money until closer to the scheduled pick up time. The pizzas were just ok. The people working there were rude. Made me stand there a while waiting to even be acknowledged. Never going back.
The food is not worth the wait. They don’t honor coupons.

Love pizza, this place is the bomb, I ordered my food and got stuck with something and was not able to pick it up till like 1 hr later I got their they gave me a new fresh pizza yeah I had to wait a little bit but that was cool of them that they didn’t just give me the old cold one.

Wow. The people working at this Pizza Hut are great! I ordered online at 10:25 and there was an estimate of delivery after hours, but they still baked for us. Additionally, they ran out of medium dough and called me to offer large at the same price! Such a deal!!! Really great service. I can’t remember the last time I received such customer-​oriented service.

Again asked for light sauce and instead the pizza is swimming in extra sauce with light cheese… really?

Pizza Hut is a chain restaurant so the quality is not gourmet but they have been adding new items to their menu. I do not eat pizza that often but when I get a craving for stuffed crust I have not often another pizza place that has compared to Pizza Hut. Sometimes I found their pizza a little greasy but I think recently (the past 2 – 3 years) they have tweaked their recipes and it tastes much better.

We decided to have an impromptu pizza party today at the office. I hopped online at 10:30 to order pick-​up from Pizza Hut. The system was easy to use and allowed me to order many ½ and ½ pizzas, which made all my coworkers happy. Prompt email confirmation. The $ 10 any size/​any toppings is a STEAL. We got 4.
I ordered them to be picked up at 11:00. When I got there Brian very politely let me know the store opens at 11:00, so the earliest that pizzas can be ready is 11:15, and he was sorry if the online ordering didn’t say that. He then let me know Brittany was working on them and they’d be ready in 6 minutes. Very nice service with a smile here!
Pizza, of course, is Pizza Hut: nothing special, but it’s hot and fresh with the perfect amount of toppings and not too greasy. We will be back.
(FYI, they are in the WalMart shopping center, on the south side (nearest the freeway) behind the McD’s and Taco Bell.

Yum I am such a fan of there Hawaiian stuffed crust pizza.
