My husband ordered online and they quoted us 21 min. I get there and I check in, sign my receipt, and order a cookie and some dipping sauce. After waiting a while my cookie comes out and I asked the girl where my pizza was, she goes to the back and never comes back. She didn’t say she was checking, she didn’t update me. She could have at least told me they forgot and offered me something small to make up for the mistake. After 45 min had passed since we placed our order I came up and asked for my money back. I was starving and hadn’t ate all day. Then I called their customer service line and I get told they will call me back in 3 days… REALLY? 3 days? I understand that accidents happen, but my biggest issue was there was no apology. I was just left there waiting. And even when I call the 800 line, I get nothing. Ironically, I only asked my husband to order from here because Pizza Hut would take too long. I had to end up ordering from them anyway. Now I just waisted an extra 45 min before getting the pizza I actually will end up eating. Thank you for nothing. Literally.

So I ordered a medium hawaiian bbq pizza with mushrooms on it for delivery on Friday night cause I hadn’t eaten all day and I was craving a well made pizza. The driver was super cool we had no problem with him but I forsure had a problem with my pizzas. first of all my cheese looked old but I hadn’t eaten anything all day so I ignored it. As soon I was about to take the last bite of my slice I found a medium sized blonde hair on my FIRST pizza that I ordered. I called Papa John’s right away and politely told them what had happened, the manager then told me what they could do for me, and said I could call back and they’ll have a free pizza on the house, I paused for a couple seconds and asked if they would be able to remake it and deliver it back to my house, because I had ordered it this same night. He politely said they would and then after they were courteous enough to bring us another pizza free of charge,(again the driver was super nice, had no problem with him, we actually tipped him as well) I had taken a bite into my second slice of the SECOND pizza and found another hair that appeared to be from the same individual. Papa John’s is extremely unprofessional if they think this is how a customer should be treated. They did give us a coupon for a free large 1 topping pizza but I don’t think i’ll be coming back here again.

Fantastic business. My family and I had ordered a couple of pizzas a couple weeks ago and one of them was delivered missing three toppings. Rather than overreact, we called and discussed the issue with the manager, though the pizzas tasted great, just light on materials. He asked the issue, apologized and promptly said he would resend the order or notate on our account, phone number, that we were due a complimentary order. We selected the latter offer and placed that order tonight. Wow! They reviewed our account and sent the same order without creating any charge to apply to avoid a zero cost. Upon delivery, the driver was aware of the reorder and wouldn’t accept gratuity. To top it off, this was the best Papa John’s pizza we had ever had. I definitely recommend this location over any other local pizza delivery group.

Hawaiian Bbq chicken pizza is so they always have good deals and specials through the Papa Johns app and I always get emails. I am a real papa johns enthusiast. It sucks however how when you get your points for a free pizza and you can only get a pizza with 3 toppings or less no special Hawaiian bbq chicken for me

Horrendous! People!!! I wanted a special for $ 5.99. Apparently it came with 1 topping and it is apparently $ 1 to add a topping. I wanted Hawaiian. Canadian bacon and pineapple. «I’m not sure that will work». What? Special is $ 5.99. Add topping is $ 1.00. Total = $ 6.99. What’s the problem. I was also ordering a supreme which was $ 13.99. We were picking it up but this moron took so long that I cancelled it as he didn’t even start the order and we were almost there. Way to ruin it buddy. You suck. Never again.

the worst customer service ever! I ordered online. After I got my confirmention, the website showed that I will receive an email about my pick up time. I waited for 30 minutes but nothing came. So I decided to go to the store to find out. I went in, no one greeted me. And a lady was there before me standing in front a counter. For a minute, no one care to pay attention to us, even though there are more than 4 people working there. So the person before me had to yell to get service. Finally it was my turn, I went to the counter and was told to wait for next person to help me. So when next staff showed up, I told her I wanted to pick up my order. She just looked at me and rolled her eyes then just walked away!!! She must hate her job a lot!!! But she really should keep her problems to herself. Another staff saw that and came to help me. Overall, my experience there was terrible terrible terrible and will never recommend this store. I would have given zero star if I could.

Overall, I really like Papa Johns Pizza and this chain is no exception. Consistent quality of food that is top-notch. I have been however very disappointed with the customer service as of late. Last week I placed an order online at 8:55PM and was emailed a confirmation along with a 30 – 40 min ETA. When 90 mins passed I called the restaurant and was informed that they had closed. Seeking clarification of the situation, I called the 800 # to their corporate customer service department and was informed that my order had been cancelled by someone at the store — Seriously? It is one thing to cancel an order, but lacking common courtesy to leave the customer hanging is simply unacceptable. The following day I was contacted by a representative from the local store(Adriana). In a rather unapologetic attitude she offered to provide me a credit for my full order(2 large specialty pizzas). That was an appreciated gesture, however when I called to redeem the credit some days later the person on the phone told me that my credit was good for only ONE pizza … not 2, like I had been promised. I really want to like Papa Johns but this particular location is making me consider other alternatives.

My wife said, tonight we are having Pizza!!! Purchased pizza which were okay to the taste until my daughter screamed when she found an armpit hair on her slice of pizza. Very unsanitary. They were kind enough to replace the Pizza that no one else wanted to eat. Dinner ruined. Thanks Papa John!

Horrible customer service. I got hung up on! I called to order a small, 2 topping pizza. First I wanted to know how big the small is and when I asked the guy who answered the phone, he very rudely responded with«it’s 10 inches but it really doesn’t matter what size it is because you’d be stupid to get a small because it’s the same price as a large 3 topping.»(First of all, SERIOUSLY?!) I said I don’t want a large 3 topping, I want a small 2 topping. Then he told me he’d still have to charge me for 3 toppings anyway so I might as well get the large.(2nd «seriously?!» moment here.) I again, repeated that I don’t WANT a large, I would like a small pizza with 2 toppings and I will not be charged for more than what I am ordering. He interrupted me to tell me it doesn’t matter because he has to charge me for 3 and then proceeds as if nothing happened and asks me what 2 toppings I want on my large pizza. At this point, I’m so annoyed and over it. I told him he has horrible customer service, and he hung up on me! I will never be ordering from here again.

Only place that will deliver way out on twin oaks, pizza is ok, nothing special. Way too much crust, not enough toppings. We got an order yesterday and decided to try the wings. Pretty expensive but I was hoping for some quality. Tiniest wings I have ever seen! No joke, I wish I would have taken a photo, next time I will drive to get something better, I’m done with this place.

This place has the slowest service I’ve ever come across, less than 7 minutes from the location and the last two orders have taken 1.5 hours HOURS to get to us mid week. Overall the pizza itself is good, but I’m sure would be much better when its not stone cold. Previous orders were lacking items as well, such a sauce for the chicken bites? The management was accommodating and I’m thankful for their service(hence the 2 stars and not 1) but I do believe the delivery service needs some work or perhaps some more drivers. My Wife Being several months pregnant and with a 2 year old it can be quite an ordeal to go pick up but from now on I will only use pick up service.

Its a chained pizza place but i feel like out if this Dominos, pizza hut, and little ceasers its easily the best one. Just throwing it out there ya know? BEEETEEEDUBBSSS this is the only Papa John’s that ive seen that has 4.99 medium pizza(HAWTDAMN!!!) We’re all winners in this one guys!

Papa John’s chain is pretty decent. It’s not the best chain but their ingredients tend to be better than other chains out there. I do like the fact that they come up with some rather unusual types of pizzas. They’ve got cheeseburger pizzas, spinach alfredo pizzas. You name it, they probably have it. You can also place your order online and can pick and choose exactly what ingredients you want in your pizza. Not too bad!
