McDonald’s

Nathaniel was an excellent example of customer service tonight. I was very impressed with my chicken nuggets and the lack of grease in my packaging! Made me feel a little less guilty eating them! On the other hand, the bathroom was so yucky that I waited until I got home to go!

Waited 15 minutes at the window and they couldn’t even get my order right. Guess I’ll learn to check the bag before i leave, but damn.

Correct me please, but drive thru at a «fast food restaurant» is suppose to be fast. NOT HERE! I waited 17 minutes for a regular meal and a kids meal. Also I think their drive thru team has no customer service or positive personality. Whatever happened to «How may I help you? Or welcome to McDs» Now they just say «Hi» over the speaker. I went last weekend and was charged an extra coffee because I could barely understand the lady taking my order. The order takers are always trying to rush you to hurry up and give them your order. I gave the two stars and not one because the store is definitely clean and food is hot a lot of the time.

The woman who received and placed my order seemed upset I ordered breakfast food at 0345. Then proceeded to only accept dollars, no credit. Then when I got my food 20 minutes later from an Asian lady, she wouldn’t give me a receipt. I love this McDonald’s. My favorite before school food ever. But today was not great. The server seemed almost resentful of me ordering breakfast and didn’t give me a receipt.

I hate you Mcds but every time I come thru for a coffee or a friend this location gets it right. Ty, enough to Unilocal you and say your a ok for my local Mc ds.

Moldy stale pastries! I ordered a midnight snack. Pastry box said baked fresh at 9pm. I bight into it. Hard as a rock. I turn on my car light and mold! I promptly turned around and asked for the manager who apologized, refunded me, and then handed fresh pastries! I’m now using my refund to go by charcoal pills so I don’t get food poisoning. Incredibly upset and disgusted!

Terrible service, this old lady was just death staring me the whole time, and then a wrong order. And when i tried to explain to them that it was the wrong order, she just gave me this attitude.

They shouldn’t even get 1 star… Horrible service. Walked in during one of the heat waves, at 8pm, it was hotter inside than outside, filthy restrooms, filthy restaurant, didn’t even have the courtesy to walk up to the counter. Will never come back.

Better than the average McDonald’s but it’s still a McDonald’s. So the food is acceptable, maybe good, but definitely not great. I’ve been here plenty of times and it’s quick sometimes, but I guess the pace is more moderate than most. It’s rarely ever slow for me. They’ve messed up my order twice in the eight years I’ve been coming here. So that’s okay. I don’t eat fast food much anymore but I felt nostalgic for some McDonald’s recently and went here. It was far better than other McDonald’s out there, at least in terms of service, not food quality. I would give it four stars but, come on, it’s McDonald’s.

I have been waiting in the drive thru forever 10 min. I thought drive thru is for getting food quickly and getting on your way.

Breakfast all day! I seriously love. Because there have been times I have rushed out of my house desperately in need of a sausage breakfast burrito. I have to say though, the service at this place is hit or miss. It is exactly as you expect to McDonalds to be so don’t get me wrong but the way that they move you through like cattle is a little bit unnerving.
Today was expecially disturbing so I thought I would write a review. The same two ladies that have helped me in my past several Drive thru experiences (did I say I love breakfast sausage burritos?) anyway these same two ladies were at the window. A Hispanic lady that is always smiling and very sweet takes my money. And then an older blonde lady hands you your bag.
It goes something like this:
I pull up my car to the second window and the lady sticks the bag out of the little window. I say, «Can I have some extra hot sauce please.» the little bag goes back in the window. She puts hot sauce in it and then sticks it back out. I say thanks and drive off.
Notice she never said one thing? It’s kind of comical but at the very least say hi and bye. I did give you $ 3.24 after all towards you paycheck after all. :). I hope she has a better day.

As far as McDonald’s go, this one is pretty decent.
Faster then most, and being as busy as they are almost guarantees the food is made to order.

This my local McDonald’s where I live. This place is nicer area than the one on Rancho Santa Fe and Descanso. They do have Wi-​Fi and accept ApplePay at the register. They have designated parking spots for drive-​thru if your order takes a little more extra time to fulfill. Tonight I ordered a fish filet, fries and a McFlurry. The fish filet and fries tasted good and crisp. The Oreo McFlurry was a great dessert to finish off with.

This location was one of the first ones with a split drive thru and just so you know I always take the right! they never seem to get the orders right and look to always have people complaining about missing items in the inside. They also never provide napkins unless you ask so make sure you do! I give them 3 stars since they were open on Thanksgiving! I’m glad they are open late and have a great selection of food and drinks that are relatively cheap!

I cannot fathom how disappointed I was after going to this McDonalds. I went through drive thru and order 4 cheeseburgeers, 4 mcchickens, and chicken nuggets in the value meal. I got home to realize THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ANY CHEESEBURGERS. I was basically missing half my meal. Shake my head.

This place should get coal for Christmas.
You are officially the slowest fast food joint in town.
If I wanted to sit in your drive thru for 15 minutes, I would have just went to Dennys.

I can’t believe I’m actually writing a Unilocal review on McDonald’s, but an employee named Jennifer R. made my experience above and beyond any customer service! While we were were waiting for our food, she talked to us and made me actually not bored in my car for once while waiting in the drive thru. She is so funny, sweet, and for once genuine. Can’t wait to go to this mcdonalds again just for the customer service Jennifer gave me! This girl should definitely be a manager! Better customer service than any restaurant, let alone driver thru!

I go to this McDonalds at least 5 times a week because it is on my walk home. Only about 4 times have they forgotten to give me an item in my bag, and each time I went back they replaced it, even if there was a whole day’s time in between visits when it happened. Depending on the manager you talk to, they will do it happily or begrudgingly, but they’ll do it nonetheless.
I’ve never had a problem with the food itself, it’s always hot and made quickly. If you get a soda from the machine inside, the syrup to carbonated water ratio is always off, but not enough to flip out over. You can just ask them to fill your cup behind the counter where it’s mixed better.

Worst food of any fast food restaurant. There’s a reason why it records the highest profits. It’s because of how low quality their food is.
You’d expect low quality from mcdonalds, but it’s lower than every other fast food place. I don’t know why anyone goes here, it’s like they aren’t smart enough to just try a different place because they somehow think it’s cheaper here when it’s not.

This McDs has been here for a while dating back to when it served as a savior to me and my fellow grad school alums during our class breaks! MMMM fries…
After a Home Depot run, decided on a quick breakfast at McDs. The dual drive thru is iconic at this location, although may be quite a jam when it’s super busy. Nonetheless, it’s efficient.
Ordering was quick. 2 breakfasts meals and I wanted to upgrade to a (hot) Caramel Mocha with no whip. It’s when we were at the pick up window was when there were issues.
At first, the lady handed us the wrong drink. Thank god the remainder of our order was correct. It appears the employees behind the window were conversing too much to realize their mistake. They continued to converse the entire time (in Spanish). Our order was later corrected.
We requested another straw and the employee handed us salt. HUH??? (We had 2 drinks and only one straw was given.)
Be mindful of this area. It’s located in the Home Depot shopping center and this is where the day laborers hang out. They might mistake you for employment if you stop your car to check your order!
