Kathy Dunham, the owner, is an absolute genius when it comes to non-​pharmaceutical remedies to what ails you. And she shares her knowledge and wisdom for free! Amazing! I might have to move to San Marcos so I can shop here regularly. You cannot find better anywhere.

Best health store in town! Best place to grab a quest bar and a kombucha right before heading to class. The staff is the ABSOLUTE best! So helpful and knowledgeable. They have a huge variety of vitamins to get you on the right track to where ever you want to go. Prices are great! Go check them out and support local business!

Little Shoppe of Health is great. Location is nice and central, near Downtown and Campus. They specialize in vitamins and supplements, and also have a small but varied selection of natural foods. Prices are similar to Cornucopia, and every time I’ve been in there the employees have been courteous and helpful.
They often have lots of interesting samples at the front of the store to take with you after you complete your purchase, which is a cool bonus. I’m always happy to support any store that promotes health and natural products, and Little Shoppe of Health is a great place to go for that.

You’ll get far better vitamin and supplement advice here than you will at the majors like Whole Foods, Sun Harvest, and Central Market. Brands they offer appear limited, but they seem to sell a full range of product within the brand families they carry. Friendly staff.
