I went to Lifework to help a friend get some t-​shirts printed for an event she was working for in Encinitas. We showed up without an appointment, but had telephone conversations with the staff. Despite no appt., they were super welcoming and genuinely helped us with what we needed.
They consist of a small staff and they know A LOT about the tshirt business and production. They have competitive prices for tshirts and best of all they’re a sustainably-​minded business. They use water-​based inks in a lot of their printing and cut down on the harsh chemicals that are usually used in screen printing.
I’d recommend you check them out if you’re looking for tshirts for an event or business– they changed their minimum order to 24 shirts AND they’ll give you the screen print so it’s cheaper to get more shirts there or another place. Props to them esp. their awesome staff for making this a positive experience.
