Very knowledgeable MD that took time and told me exactly what was going on. Performed surgery and corrected my cloudy vision I have had for years that wasn’t caught by other eye exams I had in the military and other places. I would recommend Dr. Welch to anyone anywhere.

First, he’s an opthamologist, not an optometrist. I.e., he’s a full blown MD, can do eye surgery, etc.
I had a rather frightening loss of vision in one eye. He was professional and took plenty of time to explain what might have been the causes (some disastrous) and why he concluded that my experience was not a cause for worry.
