The USU had their grand opening this semester Spring 2014!
This spot in particular is great, they have indoor seating and outdoor seating, the USU has a convenience store right around the corner from this spot which is very useful! I personally like Jazzman’s Café and Bakery much better than the Starbucks on campus. The coffee here is solid and keeps me running on those days you just need motivation and a boost.
When it comes to coffee selection, there isn’t a whole lot to choose from, and I am sure their menu will expand thru the years, although what they have now is already sufficient. They carry your regular espressos and iced coffees and even blends. Their white mocha and tuxedo iced coffee is what draws me in! If you need a snack or two they also have a small fridge section with naked juice and various snacks. Come thru, grab a cup of coffee and study in the lobby area or have a grand conversation. This spot has definitely won me over for the best coffee on CSUSM campus.
