Is it possible to actually enjoy your landscaping experience… even after it’s done? Are there designers and crews that actually really do want their customers to be happy? And do it all for a price that’s better than anyone else? Yep… there is now.
We were planning a minor refresh of our 6 year old landscape and Allen and team were referred to me as hardworking and honest. 2 things severely lacking in our first go-​around 6 years ago… and the other 2 experiences I’ve had with landscapers in previous houses. To be honest, I was so sick of working with landscapers, I was already in KRC Rock (also cool spot) ready to DIY my yard… which would have been a disaster, but preferred over another annoying ordeal with deadbeat landscapers.
I’m rambling… highlights… Allen agreed to a great price… THEN started making additions to make the yard even more awesome and safer for my kids who ended up liking him at least as much as we do. And did the price change when the dust settled… of course not… It’s totally clear he just wants his jobs to go «POW!» and have totally happy customers. And his crew backs up the same attitude. Juanito, Jeff and the rest of the guys on our project put up with every ask (and a few last minute big changes) without any complaint… «no problem… if that’s what you want… that’s what we’ll do» was the mantra. His masonry guy was able to perfectly match the existing concrete step/​pad finish to make the new stuff perfectly blend with existing!
I’ve never had a landscaper do what was agreed in the past… Innovative did more than agreed to and with the coolest attitude of any contractor I’ve met. I can only refer as many people as I meet, but I wish them all the best… they’re unique in their customer service and deserve to be successful for it.

Allen is amazing! His crew is very sweet and accomodating. So easy to work with. Allen offered many choices to creating our landscape and showed us many different designs. He was determined to make it perfect and he stayed within our budget. I will refer this company to everyone. Allen is truly the best.

Our backyard was 12 years old and looked a bit delapidated. Allen was recommended to us by a friend and was the only landscape designer we could find that would work with what we had and not tear everything down and start over! Yikes! And what a amazing job he did! He had great ideas, listened to what we wanted, was always ready to make changes, did what he promised and definitely went above & beyond. Also, he started work on the day agreed upon and finished the project by our deadline. We could not be happier. Now we can’t spend enough time in our backyard! Friends & family are always over & they are amazed at the transformation. I would highly recommend Allen & Innovative Landscapes.

Allen is incredible! He is talented and a joy to work with! He did our bi-​weekly landscape maintenance when we were renting. He was fast, reliable and always did a great job.
When we bought a house and decided to remove the grass for a drought tolerant design, I knew Allen was the guy to call! I told him from the beginning that we were working on a limited budget, but he was more than willing to help. He has gone above and beyond and has given us so many ideas for our yard. We’re so excited! I will update my review once our project is complete.
