First I completely over paid for a kanger pro tank. Then it leaked like crazy and their best advice was to just buy a new one. So I found another shop. I made the big mistake of giving them another chance. They sold me the wrong product even after I questioned it. I had two employees assure me it was the right one. As I thought, it wasn’t the right wick. What do they do? Say sorry there is nothing we can do. So if you are looking for a good vape shop go to AHH Vapor near down town. Great prices and flavors!

I stopped by this store because I’m interested in seeing the options in the area. I really could have saved the time. There was a female working who while honest couldn’t recommend me any flavoring a because she only likes the tobacco kind which I wanted away from. I got to try a few samples and ended up getting a small bottle. I wouldn’t go back, nothing really to offer.

First off they don’t have much but they got different accessories from the other places very unique. Service could be better but they only have 2 people working helping 4.
Their flavors– I want to like them but I feel like the could taste better but not bad defiantly not the best.
Overall good people but make sure their friends arnt there or they won’t help you.

Absolutely the best customer service! They always take time to explain everything and make sure customers understand. Will be very HAPPY with your product. Many flavors to choose from in any milligram you vape. If your thinking about vaping, but just aren’t sure yet stop by and have a chat with one of the smiling faces at #gr8vapes ! I have been cigarette free for 5 ½ months and LOVING It!

I’m new to the vape world. I’ve had one for 3 weeks and the tank was leaking. So I came here to see what they could do.
The one guy there was busy making vape juice and I was just standing there… and standing… and waiting… then I finally asked him if he could show me a better one that was not going to leak. He said give me a minute to finish what he was doing. Really??? I kept standing there for a bit longer, then I just left.
They really need to work on customer service. You guys just lost out on a sale because you couldn’t put down your stuff and do it later.
