I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
I made a carpet cleaning appointment and was told a crew with a van mounted steam cleaner would come and clean my carpets. A 2 person crew showed up in a compact car with a vacuum and cleaning supplies. After telling them which carpets they’d be cleaning they started cleaning the bathroom and wiping down the nursery. After a few minuets I asked them about cleaning the carpets. they said they were the house cleaning crew and they didn’t do that, and the company has a van with a mounted steam cleaner. They called the office and told me that they had an opening tomorrow and they would contact me. I waited all day for a call or someone to show up.
8 days later they called for a survey on how good a job their people did.
They told me next time I called (NEXT TIME?) they would do extra to make up for the mistake.
There will never be another call for services.
I never expected such unprofessional results from a service company.

Very dissatisfied with their service. The crew arrived yesterday, did their work and departed after two hours. They did not move a thing but merely tried to dust and mop around items. Quite a bit was missed. I contacted the owner to request a return visit to finish up the job. The crew and their team leader arrived to walk through the house. I left the team leader to her work and returned to mine. She notified me they were done after 30 minutes and departed. I was completely amazed by what still remained to be done. Literally nothing that I conveyed to the owner was touched! I suffer an acute allergy to dust and was unable to sleep that evening. Today I got out the broom and mop and went to work getting what was left behind but easily accessible in my bedroom. This photo shows what remained in just one bedroom.

They did a great job! I was very happy with their work, and they tried to go above and beyond in every way. I would definitely use again.

Constant headache. Certain expectations were set and every visit (total of 6) there was something not done or half asked.
I communicated with the owner on 2 separate occasions and left a itemize list with the housekeepers to make sure they were informed. Even with the list… things were missed and done incorrectly.
Honestly, its not worth the effort any longer.
