Food was just ok, my burger had way too much condiments. The burger was sliding off the bun. But the lack of cleanliness in the eating area and bathrooms had us a little worried what the kitchen area looked like. Two of the drinks we tried were out so nothing but clear liquid came out. One ice machine didn’t work and the other one would just keep running after you finished getting your ice. So the ice had piled up and was melting, so it started running down the counter and onto the floor. So there was water all over the floor. After eating we went to the women’s restroom and it was stinky and filthy. Dirty diaper on the floor, toilet not flushed, wet paper on the sink, no paper towels in the holder. Husband said the men’s bathroom was just as bad. I will try and post pics of the bathroom.

HORRIBLE place! Avoid at all cost. They got my order wrong three times, and today we ordered a mile high burger and they put uncooked bacon on it! When I called to complain to manager he told me the bacon comes precooked and they pop it in the microwave for 10 seconds, and that they don’t control how cooked their food is, YOU ARE A RESTAURANT YOU CONTROL HOW COOKED YOUR FOOD IS!!! I only put one star, because I have to put something to write this review! P. S. if you want good food go next door to Chick Fil A or Panera they are much more thoughtful and won’t do you wrong and if they do they fix it and make sure you are happy with them in the end, this manager didn’t care one bit I was upset.

Haven’t had Carl’s Junior is 20 years, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a turkey burger on the menu. I ordered the jalapeño turkey burger combo, came to $ 6.70. Quite honestly, it was comparable to something you would get at chili’s or Red Robin, but for half the price. Superb. The burger actually looked like the photo — large, juicy, burger popping out the sides of the sandwich surrounded by fresh onions, lettuce and tomatoe (and of course the jalapeños). Will be coming back with family for sure!
