Dr. Grant, I would like to begin this email by stating that my purpose of this is to inform you of my experience today upon visiting your office. My name is Raquel(you referred to me several times as Rachel) you removed my wisdom teeth last Thursday. I developed a dry socket in my lower left side. I made an appointment Monday to come into the office, the kind dental assistant cleaned the dry socket and packed it. While it was unpleasant it was not excruciating. Today when I came in to visit you, you appeared frustrated and hurried. You proceeded to clean the dry socket(even though your dental assistant cleaned it beforehand, which I know you were aware of because I could hear her discussing it with you outside of the room). You displayed a rushed demeanor and you appeared annoyed with me(if you were not, you exhibited signs of annoyance). You roughly inserted the syringe deep into the dry socket and proceeded to «clean it». Again you displayed annoyance when I jumped back and showed and expressed obvious signs of pain. You went on to say, that i could leave if I wanted, and that it was my choice. The way in which you said this did not promote assurance or a feeling of concern from you towards me. After taking a moment to regroup, I agreed to allow you to pack my tooth. Again, I feel as though you did not take into account the monumental amount of pain I was in, before your forcefully inserted the packing into the dry socket. At this point I was so upset and in pain, i began to cry. I was so upset that you were so unkind and unprofessional. I was also taken back because your office came so highly recommended. I am left with a very negative impression of your office and I plan on never returning due to your behavior and your lack of care for me today. It is unfortunate that you were unable to take a moment and be present with me in what I was experiencing, talk to me like a human and treat me in a professional manner. I did not feel like I was being treated by a doctor, I felt like I was in the presence of someone who obviously did not want to see/treat me and who was annoyed by me being in the office. I pray that whatever is going on in your day, you do not forget to slow down and actually connect with people, because at the end of the day, you are treating people. Treat them as such. «Raquel» Sadler

Dr. Grant was very professional and kind. I brought in an x-ray from another dentist that they couldn’t read, and they performed another one free of charge. I suffer from serious dental anxiety, but the sedation dentistry they gave me quelled all fears. Highly recommend this guy if you need oral surgery!
