The staff is pretty rude and unprofessional. I had several tests that needed done but not at the same time. They took my insurance and ran it for both tests. Then the guy at the front gave the tests to the nurse and she ran all of them instead of running just the one. I wasn’t too worried about it when I pointed it out but the nurse was was telling me I wasn’t supposed to give him the orders for all the tests if I only needed one in a really condescending tone. Also you’re not really in a separate room, you just go back behind the counter where everyone can see you. She just wasn’t very nice. Not sure why she’s mad at me when it was her colleague that asked for all the lab orders. It isn’t hard to see that they’re pretty good friends though. They spent quite a bit of time joking around and gossiping about people when they probably should have been working. Also after taking my insurance information the guy in the front desk hands my paperwork, insurance card, and my drivers license to another client other than myself. None of this is good when you’re trying to be discreet about your medical issues. My hand is hurting also after she stuck me with the needle. First time that’s ever happened. The place looks pretty sketchy. Especially since you take your tests in plain view of people in the lobby and the fact that they aren’t very discreet about your personal information is even worse. I really wouldn’t recommend this place terrible experience. Rude condescending staff and lack of confidentiality.

I got no service and this manager is not professional. I drove in from Austin on Sat. and they were closed. The door said they were open until 2. Googling AnyLabTestNow SanMarcos =Sat 7:30−6 :00. The manager relayed to the tec that the hours were changed on the internet. I understand there are more than one internet posts. but she didn’t. The apology. –I failed. I am out $ 39 with Living social and can not get a refund. I would have to take off work because they changed their hours to get B. 12 shots, would never make it in traffic. The manager even went as far as saying I could get another Living social deal in Austin right now. That is not true. Why say that? I am really disappointed. I got no service; lost $ 39.Will post this on Living Social.
