Adam’s Barber Shop

Fiancé and I happened to be driving past this spot when he was complaining how badly he was in need of a haircut. I obviously checked in with Unilocal to make sure we weren’t walking into a chop shop. There was one lonely review, but it was five stars so we decided to take the gamble.
Very glad we did because my mans hair was on point when Adam was done with him. He took his time and clearly knew what he was doing. The establishment itself is small as it only had about ¾ chairs, but there were people waiting for a cut by the time we left. My one and only gripe is that they don’t offer a military discount which surprised me, seeing as there are so many service members floating around those parts.
In terms of quality, though, my fiancé was very pleased and said its the best cut he’s gotten in a long time.

I have never even thought of a barber shop being a «destination stop», but Adam’s Barber Shop has been and always will be for me.
Adam is not only a very friendly guy, he has an innate sense of how to sculpt an old-​school haircut masterpiece from his electric razor.
Anytime I can think of a reason to be San Marcos, I know I will always leave town with a haircut that I love.
