Jacob and his crew did a fantastic job. They were on time, polite, fast and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

I have this house and I need it to be painted. Naturally, I look on Unilocal and get a good number of businesses to call for estimates of the rooms. I begin to call them to set up visits and this is where the experience goes south. Some of these local businesses never call me back, others (who will not be mentioned) call me the morning of (6am) just to cancel, and those that come give me these enormous estimates. I end up sad and call my previous contractor for recommendations and he tells me to call Jacob. I call him and leave a message and surprisingly he calls me back soon. He comes over to take a look at the job and gives a very reasonable price. He does the work perfectly. I mean they are so quiet while working, neat, and dependable. My roommate didn’t even know they were painting when they were because they are so quiet. They are also very clean, so that you would never even know they were there. Best of all though, they are dependable. Like I mean every text, email, phone call is answered. When they say they will be there at 8am they should up at 7:55am. Their reliability is honestly a relief in this day of age where it is so freaking hard to find people who actually do what they say. I couldn’t be happier with their work and level of professionalism. This is who you need to call if you need a painter.

This company Under the Sun Painting is amazing. Jacob is honest, has integrity, does an amazing job from start to finish and is a great communicator!!! I highly recommend Jacob Landers to anyone who wants a great paint job for a reasonable rate.
