Reviewed as wedding venue, October 2015 wedding. My fiancé and I had a very long venue choosing process. If I could have looked at 100 venues, I would have(quickly learned that this is not feasible in terms of time management when planning a long distance wedding, unless you are going to be engaged for 5+ years). We had many requirements — outdoor venue; within our($ 5000) budget and significantly under, if possible; up to 100 guests; BYO wine and beer; flexibility with vendors; and potential ability to house some wedding party/guests(for which we were willing to incorporate additional lodging budget funds). Tiber Canyon Ranch fit all of these with the exception of lodging, which we sacrificed for the ABSOLUTE beauty of the venue. We were able to have the venue for the whole weekend for set up and break down. Chris, the venue owner and coordinator, has a list of items she included with the site as well,(chairs, heaters, an oven, ALLLIGHTING, misc tables) which sealed the deal. We chose the second of the two ceremony locations, and used the primary ceremony location for appetizers and lawn games. This was without a doubt the best decision we made about the use of the venue. The patio lighting is simply romantic. Perhaps the best thing about the venue, after being the best location with inclusives for our budget, was working with Chris a fantastic experience. She was quite professional in allowing flexibility where possible, and knowing her own property well enough to tell us what might not work or be allowable for good reason(e.g., iron lawn furniture on grass is destructive to the lawn, raw olives harm the cured interior concrete). She was delighted to see the new ways in which we wished to use the space and items she had for us, including using the truck as a beverage serving station. Chris was prompt with email response, and always open to me being able to visit the venue when I was in town and so wished, whether at night for lighting questions or with a whole bunch of family to view the property. Chris went above and beyond as our day of coordinator, providing support exactly where we might have found it needed. She helped add structure to our rehearsal, especially with cuing for the processional. She was involved yet relaxed for the entire event, and I know I owe the smoothness of our clean up to her and our catering staff(it seemed that we literally showed up the day after and just loaded things into cars to take home, no set striking whatsoever). As the bride, it was reassuring to know that there may have been many little decisions or issues the day of that I heard NOTHING about that Chris(or my mom) just handled. Things seemed to magically just get done, and I know I owe much of it to Chris. Thank you for making our wedding a wonderful reality!

My fiancé and I are getting married here next year(2015) and couldn’t be more excited. Chris the owner is so nice and helpful. Best wedding location we could find on the central coast for a great price. So excited

As a photographer, I loooove this location. The setting and trees are gorgeous. The grounds are well taken care of and Chris is a pleasure to work with. The setting is intimate and everything is close so you do not have guest wandering around. I look forward to attending and shooting more wedding here this summer ;)

My daughter and son-in-law just had the most beautiful and memorable wedding this past weekend at Tiber Canyon Ranch. The owners, Chris and Will, were absolutely wonderful in making the venue warm, inviting and beautiful. A fun time was had by all! It was a day I will never forget. Thank you for making it so special for my daughter.

This is a lovely setting for a wedding. It was casual and gorgeous. Chandeliers in trees rock.

I was part of a wedding that took place here, so take my review without any consideration for price or what happened outside of the actual event. Kris, the owner, was amazingly helpful the whole time, lent the bride tables, and took immaculate care of the grounds, which are, by the way, gorgeous. There are plenty of trees and the stage where the ceremony takes place has a wonderful view of price canyon. The bridal cabin is adorable, yet a bit rustic. Pretty ladylike stools and chairs are scattered about. The thing to note though, however, is that the caterer told me that there isn’t a full kitchen, so food has to be taken in. Loved it though, and would definitely like to come back for another event here.
