The Moving Experience

To start off, I don’t write reviews, so this is something I felt needed to be stated. Despite misunderstandings, and bad timing of events, he will listen to your needs and will work hard at taking the stress out of your move.
First off, Aaron was prompt and professional when returning phone calls. He lays out why opting for his company is the best, affordable choice. His prices are competitive and will work with you. The first time I contacted him, we were moving back to the area and needed help unloading our moving truck. Due to conflicts with the commute, traffic, and what felt like bad luck, we were unable to use his service.
The timing of the situation made it so that by the time we were to meet for the second time (his commute from south county to north county) with my impatience and desire to be done with the move, he only worked for 10 – 15 minutes. Needless to say, he was upset. I ended up paying him for his commute and for the work that he did, as it felt it was the least I could do.
Second round of moving; I called him and told him I had about two hours worth of work, that I needed loaded into a moving truck. When he showed, he saw the unit that needed to be emptied and stated he thought he was going to need more time. He thought I only needed a small pick up truck (think Tacoma) worth of loading. He made his point, I made mine and he honored the quote he had given me prior to starting the job. He just asked that if I were satisfied with his work to write him a positive review.
So, despite the confusion, and mishaps, he made me a killer offer. He understood that I was not trying to rip him off, and I understood his business needs. The best thing of it all, I didn’t have to lift a single thing.
It goes to prove that if you keep your cool and respectfully talk it out, compromises can be reached. You can’t go wrong with him, just make sure to clearly state what you need, and you’ll be one happy truck-​loaded, ready to go person.

Aaron and his staff did an amazing job moving our family! He and his staff were honest, friendly, and hardworking. In addition, he provided great value for his services. I wish I could give him six stars!

Aaron, the owner, was able to accommodate my small moving job and came over to my house within 15 minutes of my phone call. He was professional and knowledgeable about moving a large treadmill through a small doorway to another part of our house. He took extra precaution to protect doorways, stairways, tile and carpet with his special blankets and devices. We absolutely recommend this moving company to anyone who wants fair and reputable service.

The Moving Experience to the rescue! They were able to schedule us same day at an affordable fair rate. They even took pictures to let the small shop in Chicago know the pieces were moved in, unpacked, and set up. This put everyone at ease after the freight delivery headache.
Back Story.
The freight company we used left our delivery in our driveway and refused to bring it into the house even thought we paid for inside delivery.
After calling around to numerous moving companies in the area no one was very flexible with their minimum hour charge to bring our dining table and coffee table into the house. I knew this job would take less than 1 hour and I didn’t want to pay for 4 hours!

I am so thankful for the Moving Experience! They made my move simple, efficient and stress free! Super professional, great communication and they moved everything quickly and carefully. They wrapped the doors to avoid any damage in and out as well as wrapped my pieces that needed protection or could possibly fall apart in the move. None of my friends and colleagues believe me when they ask me how my move went and I keep saying «Awesome! Best move ever!» I wouldn’t think twice about using them again and recommending them to anyone I know looking for movers. Thanks you guys!

Hire The Moving Experience! Aaron was quick with the call back and price quote, and his pricing was great. He called the morning of our move to confirm that they were on their way, showed up on time & jumped right in. They worked swiftly, but carefully, and even brought their own supplies for wrapping our delicate furniture, padding our doorways and stairwells, and laid long mats so they wouldn’t track in any dirt. They by far exceeded our expectations and we would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Aaron for a seamless, fast and easy moving experience!

I can’t say enough good things about The Moving Experience! I called them from Missouri late at night one night and while I didn’t really expect a call back, I got one! Our unload help was all arranged within 30 minutes of my initial contact.
After that we were on our way here and Aaron called to confirm our time for the following day. I told him it’d still work because we were only 25 minutes out. He OFFERED to come on ahead that day instead of waiting until the next day as we’d originally agreed. He said he could certainly still come at the original time but was also willing to go ahead and come on ahead if that worked for us. It did work for us!
They came on and met us about a half hour later and unloaded everything quickly and efficiently and treated our property with care! We were very happy to sleep in our own beds a full night early!

Thanks to Aaron & Clayton our move consolidating storage units & garage was smooth & painless. They were courteous, flexible & punctual, and very considerate of our belongings. They are masters at handling & packing numerous, large & awkward a pieces and organizing the storage process efficiently. We will definitely use them again! I wish they had handled our move from Texas to Los Osos, CA.

At the last minute of getting into our new home, my husband and I decided the two of us couldn’t unload a 26 ft moving truck alone (haha!) and called Aaron. They arrived early, we’re SUPER friendly and professional, covered our door frames, corners, etc to prevent nicks, and laid out floor coverings too. Amazing. They worked fast and efficiently, making sure to ask where things went if boxes/​items weren’t labeled, and even helped us put things together. Best money I’ve spent in a long time. Thanks guys!
