McBride’s Plumbing & Sheet Metal

I’ve been happy with McBride’s in past years, but am especially appreciative for their outstanding service today I called about 2:00 am because my toilet had overflowed. Someone called back within half an hour. She assured me that they were attempting to contact someone to come out immediately., but in any case would have someone here in the morning. At 8 am Kyle of McBride’s came to my home. He fixed the overflowing toilet, another toilet that was clogged and checked all toilets in the home. He was friendly, professional, and provided advice on the causes of the problem and how to avoid an overflow crisis in the future. He even provided some assistance with cleanup of the water and mess from the overflow. Outstanding. I’ll continue to call McBride’s for any future plumbing issues.

We recently switched from our old plumber to McBrides where i work. they are always super cool on the phone. they show up when they say they will, if not earlier! the plumbers weve worked with have been polite and professional. im super happy we have dependable friendly plumbers anytime we need help!

Called on a Friday about a leaking water heater in the garage of my rental. Tenant noticed pool of water the day before. Service was friendly and timely, no complaints there. They recommended I call Re+New to check for water damage and mold.
They came out at 4:00pm Friday, proceeded to tell me I had water damage, drilled
holes in the walls, set up 4 high powered fans which of course had to run all weekend
and left my tenant without hot water for 3 days! Long story short… there was no water
damage or mold. The water heater had been leaking less than 12 hrs!!!
The reason this is all on McBride’s review, is I found out that McBride’s gets a $ 700
referral fee for each client recommended! to Re+New! When I called Re+New to pick
up their fans, they informed me my bill was for $ 1067.00! The fans cost $ 175/​day EACH!
After calling another plumber… I can say my tenants are happy with a new water
heater. Bill from McBride’s, $ 367, bill from Re+New, $ 1067, and legitimate bill
for new water heater $ 1100. What an expensive lesson! Just thought I’d pass on
so no one has to go to this expense when not necessary.
