Madonna Inn Classic Gourmet and Wine Shop

I started planning a weekend to celebrate my son’s 21^st birthday a couple of months ago. He decided on staying at the madonna inn and using their vip wine tasting package. I coordinated the picnic lunches as well as on site wine tasting with Sue and she was amazing. She was very courteous and prompt with her email responses. Although our group of 4 grew to 6 and then 12, yes 12!, she was able to accommodate our reservations without a hitch. I got to meet her and she was so nice, welcoming me with a hug, it felt like seeing an old friend. The customer service was fantastic!

I want to say thank you to the Gourmet and Wine Shop at the Madonna Inn. I called a few weeks prior to my stay at the hotel, and wanted to set up something special for my boyfriend to be awaiting in our room when we arrived. So, I called the Classic Gourmet and Wine Shop to find out what they had. After speaking with their staff, they arranged for one dozen long stem red roses, apples, mixed nuts and a bottle of Sangiovese wine (with a special pair of the Madonna Inn signature wine goblets) to be placed in our room prior to our arrival.
They placed all of the food items into a beautiful basket complete with a big bow and a nice note I had dictated over the phone. Even though I did call before to check, they made sure that everything was perfectly taken care of even without me needing to follow up. The shop also has a nice assortment of wines, snacks, chocolate and gifts. If you stop off or stay at the Madonna Inn, I strongly suggest dropping by the Gourmet and Wine Shop.
