We came her on a recommendation and it was so good! The food is really fresh and full of flavor. The mango salsa is a must try. They also serve a wonderful green salsa with the chips. We shared a carnitas torta and a chile relleno burrito, both were excellent. The best part is the warm and friendly service. We will definitely be back!

The food is amazing, the lovely family that owns and runs this restaurant is the best! We have found our favorite Mexican restaurant in SLO! We definitely recommend it. My daughters and I loved the burritos and taco salad. Everything was amazing! We have gone back again and will continue to do so!

Despite its strange location (between some car dealerships outside SLO) the food at Las Delicias was fantastic. My dad and I went halves on carnitas and chile verde (pork) burritos. Both were great but the chile Verde was a star. Reasonable price, and the server was a very charming older lady who made us feel welcomed at an otherwise empty restaurant for a late lunch.

I had the carnitas Torta and it was delicious.
The meat was flavorful and tender.
Not greasy at all.
Santa recommended the fresh hand crafted Jamaica and it was so refreshingly good.
I loved the service I felt so at home and welcome.
This is a lovely family operated restaurant.
They cook their mom’s own traditional recipes.
I had such such an amazing time getting to know Santa, Julio and Janet. Just a fantastic place with great food and incredible service.
I can’t Wait to try the TINGA tacos and the Chile Rellenos.

My husband and I went in to Las Delicias yesterday for the first time. I don’t usually stop in to eat at that particular location, and I am so glad I did. The place is decorated beautifully, and their food was amazing. The current owners, a husband and wife team, do an awesome job. I didn’t catch his name but he was a very kind man and said they had been there since November. I was super impressed and will definitely go back.

This is without a doubt the best Mexican food in town. The food is genuine Mexican food with sopas that can be vegetarian or with meat. Delicious carnitas, chile verde, and all of the true Mexican delicacies. It would be very popular if it were downtown, however, it is located on Los Osos road with easy accessibility. We go there when we go to Costco. It’s a regular stop for us. Oh, and the serving sizes are very generous.

Delicious, homemade authentic Mexican food, and amazing service! We felt like we were guests in their home. I had the Sopas with al pastor, it was delicious. My mom had the chile relleno, and it was delicious! The sauce was unbelievable! The owner was so kind and helpful, my mom and I are both on special diets and he was so accommodating! Entirely family-​operated business. This is definitely one of our new favorite Mexican restaurants!

Wow! Really like this place. As soon as we arrived we were promptly seated and attended to. The owner offered free samples of the plate of the day and re-​fried beans. Had the vegetarian burrito which was freshly made and tasted great.
Service was outstanding, food was excellent, will definitely be coming back!

Arroyo Grande, CA
First I would like to address the comments that there have been multiple owners & names for this restaurant. I think it is best to judge by the food especially if it looks good.
I decided to try it and was pleased I took the chance. This restaurant has some pretty good deals and the menu is not too expensive. 9 – 11 bucks for lunch. Not bad.
I had the Huevos Rancheros and it had a nice presentation and cool touches (like cheese sprinkled over the top). The taste was wonderful and looking forward to trying something else here. Also, they brought out a slightly spicy green salsa with avocado dip for the chips which was great as well.
The staff (Julio) was very helpful and seemed to care about their customers. This is rare these days.
I would suggest that you come and try for yourself. You may be surprised.

Just don’t come here, it’s sad and weird. The food used to be ok, but they have changed ownership so many times you can’t get anything twice anymore. Overpriced for what it is. No chips and salsa. The last time I went was probably the last one. I gave these guys too many chances, but they don’t know how to conduct a business.
