Seven months ago I purchased a new Sub-​Zero refrigerator/​Freezer and was assisted by Phillip Stone at Furguson. With his research I was able to replace the built-​in model I had without having to remodel my custom cabinets. Unfortunately the new unit had an annoying vibrating noise nearly every time I opened the door. After briefly working with Phil and a repair person to no avail, Phil assisted me in contacting Sub-​Zero and getting them to replace the unit with a brand new refrigerator. I was expecting a battle but instead both Phil and Sub-​Zero stood behind the unit and replaced it in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them both.
