Caleb is great and initially walked me through several steps over the phone. He correctly diagnosed a video card problem and after bringing over my desktop he performed a card swap at no charge. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Don’t waste your time with others… just give Caleb a call.

Caleb is the best! I took my computer which seemed to be infected with viruses and wouldn’t let me log on to another repair man who told me it was toast, and he could only wipe it clean, losing programs and files and I’d have to still find software to put back on it to replace that that I lost. That cost me $ 65.
Caleb is a wizard! And his fees are great. This is the second time he has saved one of my computers. He meticulously spent the time coupled with his far superior skills to not only remove all the infecting virus, but understands dos coding working line by line to completely fix and save everything and restored my start up system. Good as new!
I won’t lose his number again.
