The Hispanic lady was actually really nice to me. She kept asking me questions about what I’m studying in etc. She congratulated me for graduating soon! Once she heard I was an engineer, she became super nice to me lol. She said her nephew was trying to transfer into engineering from Cuesta so she kept me there for a while asking questions. I did not want to be rude so I stood there and answered them for her. All I really wanted to do was dry clean my clothes. Pricing: My jeans were 8 bucks/each. That’s 5 dollars more than how much I usually pay to do it in the bay :(. MYLEATHERJACKETCOSTME20DOLLARS. WTF. It’s not even real leather. I got that shit at Agaci for 35 bucks. This place is such a rip off. I called up my normal dry cleaner and he told me he only charges 6 bucks there. This place over charged me by 14 bucks. Shoot, I’m never coming here again. I only still come to this place to pretend I’m doing laundry just so I can get quarters to do laundry at my apartment complex :).

The Hispanic lady that works here is EXTREMELY rude! If you don’t like your job or are upset that students are actually going to be more successful than you working behind some lame counter, don’t take it out on us! Do something with your life. WHY be rude when customer service is what brings people back? My mom even bought me an account there when I first went to school here so they’ve gotten my money for four years and I still experience this rude lady every time. DONOT go here, go to PAUL’S cleaners on Higuera street. Nice, very very nice older man who treats his customers like he wants them to come back! LOVE him. Please don’t give your money or time to these people.
