Sarah Anwar was personable yet professional and really knew her products. I highly recommend her. She was excellent in terms of her helpful customer service and was not put off by giving me more than one quote. She was prompt and courteous.

Had a in home consult done a few month ago, taking time off from work to have done to pick and order for 6 rooms in the house. Saleswoman was not helpful, in fact I found her comments to be unfriendly and ultimately insulting. I was literally dumbfounded by her comments. I asked her to leave, and did not order.
Probably ok for very simple orders, otherwise there are better choices elsewhere and online.

Have used Sara Anwar with Three Day Blinds for about 10 years on a variety of projects. Sara is knowledgeable, easy to work with and dependable. She listens to my desires and offers options that will work with my given situation and budget. My blinds have always arrived on time as promised and installed soon after by the install team. Three Day Blinds is ALWAYS my first call. I would not go anywhere else!

I should have read all the reviews before making the call to 3 Day Blinds. As mentioned in another review, it all started out somewhat good. A couple of awkward moments happened as the estimator entered my under construction home first I was asked what was I thinking with all those windows? The comment took me off guard as our home was my husbands vision for our retirement home & could have been a nice bundle of $$ for her company. After all was measured & calls made she left. I spoke with her once more with an update of costs. Then after repeated calls & emails over the next couple of days with no response, I made a call to the corporate office & explained my situation. I was told they would contact her. (I had not yet given my credit card.) With in a couple of hours I received a text from the estimator stating, «did you have any questions? feel free to call me any time»
Well, thanks but no thanks. Unacceptable customer service and would not recommend this company.
Also checked out another company & the new estimate for the window coverings I had looked at (not 3Day Blind brand) were a fraction of the cost.

It all started with a very prompt and good service when I called to schedule an in home estimate for window shutters. Sarah came and did the preliminary measurement and gave me an estimate and took my order within a week.
However, after the order was made and my credit card was charged, she did not return phone calls or emails anymore! Sarah told me the shutters should be installed within 8−10weeks and that was different than what was posted on the contract. So I waited until the contract date which is about 3 months after the invoice date and called Sarah again and she did not get back to me. I had to contact the headquarter and found out that my order was submitted a month after I was charged! So my order was one month behind the original schedule.
Sarah did not offer a deposit payment plan and she charged me the full amount 4 months before my shutters got installed. I don’t think that is right. She closed the deal and never responded to my inquiry.
I was able to get the shutters installed finally. The installers did a good job but they were tracking mud everywhere into the house because it was slightly raining outside. So our carpet and wood floor got mud stain.
I hope the sale persons will improve their sales ethics to be more professional. Do not ignore your client after you took the order and collected the money.

The complete experience is one of the best I’ve ever had with any company. The window treatments were installed in record time; shocked me! Demonstrated everything I needed to know, and the guys were super nice and professional. Even let me borrow some tools for something I was working on myself! Left the place immaculate. Highly recommend this company!
