I would recommend this service to everyone! The connection is good (using ATT towers) and the bill is much cheaper than ATT! I will certainly switch to Cricket after my two year contract with ATT!

Great Customer service! The people there are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing! I’ve been to many cell phone satires and this one stands out from the rest. They listened to what I needed and setup me up with a great package deal that wasn’t offered at another Cricket store! Love the employees!

Went in to say hello and to welcome them to San Lorenzo. A nice, clean store with knowledgeable, helpful staff, and good explanation of the different plans they offer. We need more stores like this in San Lorenzo. I will definitely be back.

Bad customer service. I told the man working there I wanted to add a line. The way he was speaking it was like if he was so board… I wanted to turn in a phone for credit he said no I don’t recommend u won’t get nothing here. Go to Craig’s list and sale it there. Hummmmm!!! Then everything was ready I just needed to pay. I told him I just pay my phone to son Mess with it. He mumble something and he told me u only have to pay $ 37.00. I said u did not touch my payment right? He said no it was some other credit u had. Well it was not others credit it was my payment my phone was interrupted and I had to freaking pay. He is so inept. Won’t go to that store ever again.
