I like the convenience of having Starbucks inside the grocery store. This one is not as good as a standalone Starbucks. Once they ran out of milk… umm can’t you just go buy one from Safeway??? The workers aren’t always knowledgable about the seasonal drinks. So it’s best to just grab a regular coffee and continue on your way.

When early morning shopping I get my coffee here. Normally they are pretty quick and my drink has always been made correctly. Unlike some other store Starbucks I have seen there is no place to sit. The location next to door also causes problems getting into and out of store when longer line exists.

This was the first, and hopefully the last, time I patronize this Starbucks location. I ordered my drink and the barista got it wrong. I should’ve known it was going to be wrong as she didn’t repeat my drink verbatim. I got a venti caramel frap LITE ice instead I was given a caramel frap EXTRA ice. I tell the barista and she seems to be upset about her incorrectly making the drink. She makes it again and this time there’s BARELY any ice. I’m not sure if the Barista did this just to be smart or that’s genuinely how they make their lite ice caramel frap — either eay, I didn’t like it.

Im always disappointed when I get my coffee from this Starbucks. They always get my order wrong and the cup of coffee I ask for doesn’t even taste like they added any coffee at all. Since I was a young girl, I would get my coffee from this Starbucks and I would love it but now they have such terrible customer service. I am never returning to this Starbucks ever again.

My experience was good. Friendly clerk, happy barista, drinks made perfectly to custom order. My order was ready fast, with just one customer ahead of me.
