These folks need a serious reality check in customer service. Went in today and only two working the shift: dude at the register (didn’t get his name has a beard in his 20s who wore a big frown) and the barista was a petite black girl. Dude was complaining to the barista about the customer before me for about two minutes before finally acknowledging me: use your gripe-​fest during your break. As for the barista, I was asking her a question about my drink and before I could finish she cut me off with a curt «yeah …», which in itself is not a deal breaker but at least allow me to finish talking. There was only one customer behind me so it’s not like they were swamped. They definitely rank on the low-​end of customer service. Hey y’all, if you don’t wanna work, somebody much more pleasant would rather have your job any day.

I actually really like the service and drinks at this location. Indecisive customers or complicated orders take longer, which is annoying when your in a hurry but nothing to vent about.

Slowest service ever. There were two baristas and only two people ahead of me. Both baristas seemed lost and confused. They kept running out of the kiosk and asking the customers to wait «one second»… Turned into a 15min wait and they still hadn’t gotten to taking my order. Left and grabbed coffee at mcds instead out of desperation

depending on what time you go… lea whom works mornings is great along with patty! they are friendly and on point with the drinks. i have only had issues with some of the other baristas who don’t care to much for their job or customers! but other wise im there everyday to get my fix… great job ladies

Pretty rude employees. It wasn’t like they were rushed. It’s 8am in a Safeway. I was the only customer.
My drink was not how I asked and was Luke warm at best. I won’t return. If it wasn’t for the pure convinence, they’d garner a single star.
