I was in dire need of an appraisal within 48 hours so I checked craigslist and found this firm. I visited the website for some information and then called and left a message. I also placed an inquiry through the website. The site generated an auto-​reply to my email advising I’d be contacted shortly. I received a call within an hour or so. I scheduled my appointment (gave a half hour window as estimated time of arrival) and my appraisal was completed the next morning.
Mr. Gray arrived on time. He was very professional. He came in, took down the necessary information, took photos of the interior and exterior. The entire process took about 15 minutes.
As promised, I received the appraisal the following afternoon.
