This place is awesome. They have EVERYTHING a cake baker needs. Their customer service is excellent! They don’t mind pulling items to show and offer suggestions. I wish I would have found them long agao. Who would have though baking supplies at a «paper supply»?

Linton Paper & Supply’s name is confusing… but, the business is awesome! I’ve been a customer for the past 3 years and have always had great service from phone ordering to picking up at will call and from Leo my delivery guy. It’s nice to have such a great cake business resource close by. I do wish they had online catalogs but I understand that they can’t possibly list everything they carry. I just ask when I’m interested in something and usually they have it or Jackie will special order it for me.

I drove from San Jose on the suggestion of a fellow baker.
When I arrived, they wouldn’t even quote me prices, since I didn’t have my business license with me (who would know to bring their business license? who carries it around?)
They don’t have a catalog, no website… I would have to call and describe each thing I wanted and start over. To me it was a wasted trip.
In this day and age, how hard is it to be a little more customer service oriented? I can order the same things online and they show up at my door.

Excellent inventory and supplies for the busy cake decorator. Great customer service on the phone. Someone always offers to walk me to my car no matter what the product.
They do deliveries too for larger orders.
