I love this spot for that old school burger & fries experience. Somewhat small inside dining area with 2 outside picnic tables. Staff is super friendly, helpful. Only downside is that it can be hard to make the left turn off of Doolittle Dr into the parking lot due to traffic. However, worth the effort because the food is awesome and price for 2 meals(burger, fries, drink) sits about $ 15 or less.

Was looking for a place to eat that was walking distance and found this little gem. The burgers are well«giant» and decently priced. There’s a wide variety of things to order. Saw some people order the chili cheese hot dog, looked amazing. The polish hot dog looked delicious too. Would be coming back if I’m in the area

Try this place if you like a big juicy hamburger at a cheap price! The best chili dogs we’ve had, order one with some fries and a drink, around $ 7.00 and you have a meal! Not the cleanest place, it might be your typical hole in the wall restaurant, but it’s the food and the prices that count here.

A great place with great sized burgers, a good portion of fries and milkshakes, cakes, pies hot dogs sandwiches and hell even teriyaki chicken. I ordered a giant hot dog with a side of fries and my brother ordered the double cheeseburger combo. My aunt who came with us also ordered a turkey sandwiches, and we discovered and were blown away with the portions of food. The hot dog was huge and the french fries were huge in portion, as well the sandwiches and burger I haven’t tried the milkshakes yet, But I’ll be back Service was very good, I can see why this is called Giant Burger

Divey but delicious — if you’re headed to Oakland Airport(sorry about that) you should stop and eat here rather than a chain restaurant in the airport. Burgers, corn dogs, fries and chili good all around and cheap to boot, which was a welcome change after four expensive days and nights in nearby Monterrey!

Thank you Unilocalers for drawing my attention to the hot link breakfast burrito. It was outstanding as it was a monster. Easily 7″ long and 3.5″-4″ in diameter. It’s not on the signboard. It was packed with hot link pieces, eggs, potatoes and cheese. It’s so big I got 3 meals out of it. It comes out really hot. Call in ahead if you want to avoid a 20 minute wait. Thanks to Ocee. D for this tip! The staff are really friendly. One guest picked up the fries with melted cheese. Looked fantastic. I have to return to try the other items.

Been coming here a few years now. I always get the chicken Teriyaki comes with a salad. They do have an extended menu here. Its a Mom and Pops shop. Only bad thing is they are kinda slow. Enjoy.

We drove past this place countless times… I think we were actually a bit afraid to try it and it did look closed to us most of the time(you won’t see many cars there, unless you drive past during lunch time). Unilocalers helped us make the decision and boy we didn’t regret it in the least. Their food is awesome, the owners are super nice, the wait time is not that long and we keep on coming back for more. My(before) fav burger place was either In-N-Out or 5 Guys(depending which was closer and cause they both have a lettuce burger wrap), but not anymore. These burgers are phenomenal. The value/price is also amazing(for this price you won’t get this *big* of a burger anywhere else). Husband always orders a cheese burger combo(burger, fries and a drink) and is never disappointed. The meat is juicy and properly grilled, the fries are nothing special, but we like the fact that they are not salty as they usually are everywhere else. My favourite is the grilled chicken burger. I don’t think I’ve encountered a tastier chicken in any of the burger joints so far. I skip the bun(and pickles), cause I’m gluten intolerant and I don’t really like sweet and soft bread buns, but that’s my own personal preference. We haven’t tried anything else from their menu, cause we just love those two things so much, but maybe the next time I’ll dive into it and choose something else. Don’t let the looks deceive you, they are more than worth the visit!

I don’t think this place has changed in the last 35 years … Breakfast ends at 11:30. Counter service, but plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The other day I saw someone walk in with a parrot on their shoulder. It’s a pretty basic burger — that you can add cheese or bacon to. The lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles are fresh and generously piled on. It’s nothing fancy, but after spending a few hours splashing around in the bay, a messy burger hits the spot.

Giant Burger lol. More a giant mess… don’t get me wrong, thoroughly enjoyed my lunch and will return when I can for another. But hook yourself up with a boat load of napkins and perhaps a fork, by the time you reach the backside it’s gonna be a mess. Had the mushroom burger with everything(Grilled onions!) Burger cooked right and mushrooms had great flavor… I don’t recall if it had the Swiss I asked for… oh well.

This place is definitely an awesome hole in the wall. I’ve driven past this place so many times and after countless years– finally checked it out. I was craving a breakfast burrito, and ordered over the phone. It was around $ 7-$ 8(can’t remember exactly). So glad I followed the suggestion of another Unilocal to call I. My order because They are really busy in the mornings! Lots of regulars. When I got my burrito, it was huge! It was still warm too(they keep it under heating lamp). Such a filling breakfast and so yummy. I love that it was packed with generous contents including egg, cheese, hot links(I requested this with up charge), and hash browns! Can’t wait to try other items next time.

Great tasting burgers? Check Great tasting french fries? Check Will I come back? Yes This little gem of burger joint is right off of Doolittle. you can’t miss the Giant burger sign out of all the commercial warehouses over there. Not much to eat out there except for this place. I got the cheeseburger and fries combo and it was less than $ 7! The burger is pretty big and the 1⁄3 pound patty is juicy and grilled well. One of these days I’ll be back for the fish and chips. Only thing I don’t like about this place is that they don’t use Heinz ketchup. Bathrooms located in the back…

A huge cheese burger for under $ 4.00. In my opinion it puts In N Out to shame. Basic soft bun, 1⁄3 patty, American cheese with lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Curly fries are okay nothing exciting. Ordered and paid inside at the counter. Food took about 15 minutes cooked to order. Owners were nice. A lot of seating inside with a couple tables outside. More of a to-go kind of place. Besides burger, hot dog and corn dog basics they also serve breakfast and rice dishes.
