Worst experience ever!!! 1.5 hour wait ~~~ my husband had appt for 3pm on a Weekday afternoon, we arrived at 2:45pm n checked in.
Apparently nurses missed my husband appt as we saw 3 other patients came after us were seen before us! They saw my husband after we brought it up to them at 4:25pm
Their staff were very impolite as well! I’ve worked at doctors office when I was in college n understand being polite to patients is very important!
We understand there always be wait for Doctor appt but 1.5 hour is just too crazy!!!
Don’t go here if you don’t want to wait!
We will go to urgent care from now on!

she has many trips to the emergency with high hearts beats, the other doctors and the emergency room couldn’t find the cause.
Dr. Ho Chao found the cause in an half hour-​ear infection.
what a life saver!
