I originally bought 4 cases of the 2009 Cabernet, drank the first bottle and realized this wine is a «keeper»! As difficult as it’s been, I left it in my cellar to age and tapped into the first case when some friends came over last month. It is EXQUISITE!
Alas, many wanted to take it home.. . and the case dissappeared.. .
Thankfully I have THREE MORE!!!
Wonderful quality, rich in color and although dry, deep in fruit.. . now I just need to save it for only ‘special occassions’ (or find out if there’s any left at Wild Eye)!!
