The Guatemalan Boutique!

I love this boutique. This boutique is clean! Awesome customer service! And such beautiful items. Everything is from Guatemala or Mexico and is handcrafted. I truly love coming here to support local businesses. The perfect place for a gift or something special for yourself. The jewlery is truly stunning.

this is an amazing shop. I was delighted to find this gem in the quaint town of San Juan Batista.

This shop is very charming and unique! The woman sells beautiful pieces of clothing, jewelry and crafts from Mexico and Latin and South America. Bought my first heart milagro here and will go back for more!

Late review is late. But here I am, another person to rave about the awesomeness that is this fine little boutique in the tiny little «downtown» strip of San Juan Bautista.
They have a website, but the true magic is to be found in all the beautiful pieces stuffed into this teeny shop. Filled with exquisite sterling jewelry from Mexico, a rainbow assortment of leather tooled handbags, and a variety of fine Guatemalan fare from art to textiles and décor.
You can easily stock up on one-​of-​a-​kind gifts here. I’m actually writing this review, because it’s the holiday month, and I’m planning a stop here as I drive back up the bay.
On my last visit, I picked up a sterling ring with a gigantic, engraved globe of the earth welded to it. Statement piece of the century.
More splurges planned for the near future!

I dearly love this place. It was the first place we went to in San Juan (after seeing the Mission) and we have been back many many times since. The selection is extensive and beautiful, even though this is kind of a small shop. (They do have another location in Los Gatos that is larger.)
Claudia, the owner, knows a lot about the stock and goes down to Mexico and beyond to get it, hitting small villages and the true native artists, She splits her time between the other store and her buying trips, so her mom, Connie, is there more than she is. But Connie is just as much of a delight to talk to and I always leave in a happier mood after visiting with her.
This is the kind of place where I just want to buy everything they have — and looking around my place I think I might have done just that. I collect the Dia de los Muertos figures, but I also have bought blankets, hats, and carved figures from them.
And this is the place I go to when I need to give some nice jewelry as a gift –beautiful silver, turquoise, and other stones. The buying for the store is done with a great eye and very good taste, with a lot of really unique items.
This is a must to visit if you make it to San Juan.

Lovely shop filled with BEAUTIFUL handcrafted items. I love this shop and the cashier/​clerk was a real joy to meet. So nice to find such lovely things that are high quality.

We went on a little getaway this weekend to San Juan Bautista. I haven’t been to this cool little town in twenty years. We stumbled upon such a unique little store that had so many cool things, from Día de los Muertos figurines, clothing to jewelery and textiles. The owner was very friendly and kind. We got a really cool piece to add our Día de los Muertos collection. Can’t wait to return. Also will check out the other store in Los Gatos when I get a chance.

Truly a hidden treasure in San Juan Bautista. I entered this other world for the first time after the weekend’s 5K race and instantly fell in love with the place and vowed to come back — which I did the next day.
I spent my time looking at everything and bought various gifts for friends and had a wonderful conversation with the owner, Claudia. She is passionate about her store, fair trade and the indigenous people who make the wonderful items in her store. Whether your looking for jewelry, ceramics, clothing or knick knacks this is THE store to get your gorgeous, affordable and authentic pieces.
I will visit the Los Gatos store, but I will definitely be back to this store in beautiful San Juan Bautista.

I love this store — they are opening a sister store in Los Gatos that will have some of the same things. The lady that is always there remembers us from year to year. I collect Day of the Dead statues and other things and they always have fresh new items every year.

What a beautiful store! The clothing, jewelry and gifts are high quality, unique and surprising affordable! I went in thinking I was going to quickly check out a small store with a friend and left with two gorgeous summer tops while my friend left with a very pretty wrap skirt and two pieces of silver jewelry she scored at half price! Claudia, the owner, is incredible. From Guatemala herself, she runs this store (and a new one in Los Gatos, which I will definitely check out!) with her heart and passion of sharing this beauty with people here in California. She is honest and open and makes each person who enters the store feel welcome. Needless to say, we will be back!

I recently went to this boutique and was impressed. The items are oneof a kind. Beautiful and colorful. In particular the silver jewelry is to die for! I will go back.

Went to this store for the first time today. Wow it is awesome! Beautiful jewelry, clothing, purses and artifacts. The woman working there (don’t know if she is the owner) is very friendly and helpful. I now know what my new style should be! Loved it! Will definitely be back!
