I wish I could give this place no stars. Seriously people please don’t go here! This is a terrible establishment. 1st of all the office is EXTREMELY disorganized and messy and disgusting. Also my visit with this doctor was completely pointless he is clearly incompetent in his field very unprofessional. But the worst part is his receptionist is a joke. I paid a $ 35 co pay cash and 4 months later I get a letter in the mail saying I owe $ 35 for a co pay! So I go in the next day and these guys are trying to make up some BS about giving a receipt when you pay cash and I DEFINITELYDIDNTGETONE because I keep all those things especially if I’m dealing with places like these because of stunts they try to pull. Then they start talking about how they have no record and this and that and so I pay AGAIN and check this out I DIDNTGET A RECEIPTAGAIN! Immediately after she just said they always give an receipt! I’m begging anyone that reads this please don’t go here it’s not worth it and your not even getting seen by a true professional. It’s a terrible establishment and I’m currently getting intouch with O’Conner to have them removed from their grounds. DONTGOHEREMARKMYWORDS!

I’m so glad I found Dr. Wu. JoJo L. And JoJo K.? How original. Sorry you had a bad experience. I’ve had 3 other doctors prescribe topiramate and they all said side effects were minimal so take the witch hunt elsewhere. Yeesh. Anyhow, I saw doctor Wu as a recommendation when I was unhappy with the neurologist the hospital offered me. Receptionist was standard, as was the office wait. Doctor Wu took the time to listen to my history, and to download my records from the hospital. He also did some small in office«tests» and was able to diagnose my problem. He even supplied me some reading — which shockingly described what had been happening to me. I now have a direction to follow in order to get better. Oh yeah and he is the 4th doc to prescribe topiramate and the only one to tell me it may affect my vision. So far so good!

Wish I can give 0 stars. I had a horrible experience with the receptionist and with Dr. Wu today. First, the receptionist made me wait an hour to see the doctor, so I went to grab some lunch. I came back and had to wait an additional hour(so 2 hours of total wait time). On top of that, the receptionist could not predict how long I had to wait– I guess 2 hours wasn’t excessive to her. I discovered that the receptionist double booked appointments for my 2nd visit– same thing happened during my first visit. When I finally saw Dr. Wu, there were no apologies for a 2 hour wait, and he said verbatim, «let’s get right to the treatment». Again, I complained about the wait and lack of decency to apologize. He then walked out and said he couldn’t treat me. His response was that he did not know how to treat a TBI patient suffering from post concussion syndrome, which is ironic, since he is a neurologist. What shocked me even more was this was my 2nd visit, so why couldn’t he disclose his incompetence during my 1stVISIT? Basically, I believe he refused to see me because my complaint regarding his indecency and rudeness. What’s even worse is that he prescribed me Topiramate. During the time of prescription, Dr. Wu explained that side effects were minimal, contrary to what every medical website says about this prescription drug having some MAJOR side effects. He refused to see me on a follow-up appointment, especially when I am trying to get pregnant with a baby, despite all the harsh side effects. It was clearly evident that Dr. Wu was«too busy» to really care. I hope you never have to experience what I went through today. May want to avoid this doctor and his incompetent practice.

Dr. Wu was compassionate, thorough, and discerning. He examined a family member today, and my favorable memories of his treating me in 2001 resounded. A very capable professional. Kathy in the office was polite and accommodating.
