The fact that they ask«boneless or bone in» confuses me. I have ordered the boned ones many times and find out they still have me the boneless. They mess up orders a good amount of times. But the crew is friendly.

One extra star because I like wings. The other star was mostly for the service. Waited an approximate 30 minutes for just merely 10 wings, while customers ordering 15 – 30 wings comes in 5 – 10 mins after my order are able to get their wings first. I was promised my order to be around 15 mins but it has been longer than that. I’m deeply disappointed since it had never happened to me before.

i keep returning to this location solely because it is close to my house, but they get my order wrong EVERY time. i get the same thing every time yet it’s always wrong. what don’t they understand about extra seasoning on the fries? EXTRA !!! & with all the negative reviews why hasn’t the management rehired or taken any action to correct their employees ?!

Either these people think it’s al fun and games or they’re just completely out of their minds when it comes to keeping up with orders. We ordered our meal at 8:00pm for here within the restaurant and the cashier said it would be ready in 9 minutes, okay yah that is reasonable right it is only 9 minutes. So we find a table and patiently wait, 17 minutes pass by and we are wondering what happened and where is our food and so we wait a little longer because it was busy but not too busy. 8:25pm now so I walk up and wait to be attended and ask them where is our food we have been waiting almost half an hour and what happened? One of their workers put it as a to go order and not as a for here order as we had stated on our receipt. So our food got cold while we waited and it didn’t even have most of the items that we had ordered, so they had to remake some of it and they didn’t even apologize or offer anything to make up for waiting and getting our order wrong in more ways than one. Worst service ever. We will not be returning to this location.

This rating is solely based on the customer service I experienced at this location. 1) the young lady I spoke to over the phone to place my order with was impolite and was clearly not attentive. 2) she insisted my order would be ready within 15 minutes. I arrived just a few minutes later to allot them any extra time needed. But coming in, I discovered my order had been forgotten about/not placed in the back to be cooked. Now I’m wasting my time standing around for what has been already 20 minutes(20 minutes past the time they said my order would be ready). So I figured while I’m standing here doing nothing, I should spend it giving them some useful feedback. Don’t make promises you can’t keep!

My friend wanted some wings. Actually, he wanted some specific wings that his friend recommended. So we went to Wingstop, the nearest of which was this location at the southeast corner of Story and King. It’s in the plaza that’s almost entirely full of American chains, such as Target and Starbucks. Parking was not terrible on a Sunday afternoon, although perhaps we just were fortunate given that it was basically Christmas weekend. Our trio shared an order of 20 wings, divided somewhat evenly between three flavors. I originally declined to try the atomic wings, owing to their very high heat rating, but I ended up trying the sauce later. It actually wasn’t alarmingly spicy, just hot and kinda acidic. The hickory smoked BBQ wings were pretty sweet and had a typical BBQ flavor, but not much if any discernible hickory smoke. The lemon pepper wings were not of the wet variety, and we all agreed that it had the best flavor. Regardless of the sauces or flavors, I was disappointed in a few things. First and foremost, the wings were small, maybe even slightly smaller than typical Buffalo Wild Wings fare. They were also significantly drier than the ideal moist wings, both inside and out. Some of the ends of the bones were broken too, which is inconvenient for eating and just not high-quality. Finally, they didn’t provide a separate discard tray or anything, so we all sorta awkwardly threw the bones onto the tray. Meh. Wingstop has solid wings that can probably work in a pinch, but they’re not very special. I won’t really seek them out ever.

I placed our order on the phone and my roommate planned to pick it up. They gave us a time frame and when my roommate arrived the order was still not ready. We waited almost an hour for our order ! Finally my roommate came home and we realize they didn’t give us the full order. Our fries were missing and they did not offer her the soft drink cups. I called and they said we could go pick them up. I did and expected an order of fries to be ready. However, I just waited 30 more minutes ! While I waited at least 4 other ppl complained about mistakes on their order. This is ridiculous!

So I came here Monday night with my sister and the cashier was so rude and not welcoming at all. On top of that before we were even ready to order she looked at us and said how many wings did u want. Like can u wait? And then she said ok 14 minutes ur order will be ready. 45 mins passed and everyone else got their order who came after us. The cashier girl was so rude kept giving me a dirty look and then Finally when I kept looking at her she said oh Are you waiting for your food still? What is ur name? Like uhh dude for dam sure u know I was there waiting for hella long while u help every one else. This girl should totally get fired. It was around 9pm! It’s like why do people like this even have a job for? Why u gotta ruin people’s day for? Like really learn to put a dam smile on ur face

Review for Monday 10/12/2015 The workers tonight were very rude, no smiles, and did not want to attend to customers! I ordered wings 20 pcs at 9:00pm. Paid and left at 9:45 after everyone had their order, who ordered after me. Now my wings are cold. Soft not even crunchy and missing 2 pieces! Never again at this location. Managers need to watch the cameras cos their employees are talking about their dates last weekend rather then cooking them wings!

I was in this location earlier today to give this place another chance after having 2 bad experiences with the wings here a couple years ago. I got a coupon/email for free fries for my birthday like I did last year so i figured the fries shouldn’t come out bad and I was mainly trying to avoid the traffic to The Plant. The line wasn’t super long and both registers were assisting customers while one woman was ahead of me. The woman(with super annoying and pushy toddlers) was assisted first by a lady at the register but the guy at the register seemed like I was not standing in front of him at all! Instead he: –Helps a guy on the side asking if his number has been called –Answers the phone without mentioning he’ll help me in a moment –Helps a girl who walked in 10 min after us asking about her pick up order and dealing with her order mishap(not sure why I didn’t mention anything –__-) –Answers the phone again and takes the phone order Unfortunately while this is happening the woman ahead of me was still trying to get her order placed and the guy barely looks at me while the kitchen staff has looked at my direction at least 8x because they can tell I’m getting annoyed. When I finally get helped by the lady, I find out I only get free fries with a wing purchase which I overlooked because last year I got just the free fries. My bad right? But I wouldn’t have wasted almost 30 minutes of my time had I been assisted earlier and if I had read the coupon better… So, I learned two things today: 1. Driving to the Plant is worth it 2. Read the fine print

Placed my order online ahead of time because of previous reviews stating that there would be a long wait. «A long wait» is a understatement. Placed my order at 7:30, it’s now 8:15 and there is still one ticket ahead of mine. Staffed with 4 people on a busy Sunday night. I suspect this must be a usual thing. The store is not clean. At all. This is why this wing stop gets 1 star. The entire kitchen is viewable from the cash register, yet it looks like a war zone. I count a total of 3 clean tables. But I must say the gentleman at the register does have good customer service. I’ve been writing this message this whole time I wait and my ticket still has not moved. But now there’s a line out the door. I guess I am extremely happy I placed my order before this line formed. Good luck wing stop you have a lot to improve on.

This review is for Ms Athena. This wonderful lady took my order today. She was extremely pleasant. Best customer service interaction I have ever received at a wing stop. She smiled through out the process, told me about their new tenders. Said my name through the order as though she’s known me for years! My name is very hard but she said it perfectly like 5 times! She is super super nice. Thank you Ms Athena for making my experience a pleasant one. Kudos to you for being such an asset to to your location.

The manager, Anthony, has retired which is a bit sad. However, Ana is now in charge Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, which works out perfectly because the 60 cent boneless wings on Monday and Tuesday remains the best deal. Ana is still friendly and she remembers me and my friends as we are regulars now. Wingstop has also been expanding their menu. The mango habanero wings are now an everyday item and the serrano pepper glaze is their newest flavor but it’s not for me. They also have a cheese version of their fries, pretty decent. The soda machine is also a huge plus and even though quite a few places have the Coca-Cola multi flavor machine, it’s a surprise not more franchises have updated to that yet. Overall, this place is still great for it’s value during boneless wing nights. Just an update to let everyone know the place is still in good shape with Anthony gone thanks to the welcoming Ana.

Overpriced but so good! I always go here when craving fried chicken. We always get the Louisiana Rub, atomic, and Garlic Parmesan. The wait can be long but the customer service is always really good. I’m mesmerized by drink machine LOL. So many options!

Lunch on Sunday, 4÷26÷15 This location is the similar to other ones where it’s kind of small and cozy with televisions mounted on the walls. They have a fancy soda machine where it dispenses a variety of sodas of your choice. We came here to try the new flavor, Serrano Pepper Glaze. It’s not as spicy as I expected. I want to say it’s mildly spicy with a hint of sweetness. We also ordered our usual flavors with cajun, original hot, and lemon pepper. I enjoy coming to Wing Stop because they make their wings fresh to order. The size of the chicken wings may not always be consistent but the consistent flavor of the wings with their ranch dressing is delicious.

The restaurant environment is quiet and kind of small. They have a friendly but slow service. I love their chicken! I always get their hickory barbecue chicken and their garlic parmesan. I would recommend trying those two flavors. Their fries are also my favorite. It tastes really good. I rated this place three stars because they give you an estimate time for the food to be ready but they tend to take longer to have your order ready. This has happened many times in the past. Another reason is that, I ordered online and it the receipt gave me a time the food will be ready but when I arrived at Wingstop, they did not look at their orders. So I had to wait another twenty to twenty-five minutes for my food to be ready.

The good: Open till midnight. The bathroom is clean. They have an automatic soda machine. The bad: The cashiers are super rude. They don’t smile or greet you. Seem to get annoyed at the costumers. Seem to really hate working here. Period! They need lessons on costumer service because they suck at it. The food is greasy, fries are over salted. Overall the experience coming here is very mediocre. I will never come to this location again.
