This place food is fire!!! Last time i went it said temp closed. If it is reopened please let me know. I have a ton of friends that drive down from burlingame to eat here since all the other wing places around here suck!!! If you have been here you know what i’m talking about. Makes wingstop look like a sad joke.

Tried a couple different flavors and had their garlic noodles and lemonade. The texture of the chicken was alright. The flavors were alright. Their garlic noodles are barely alright(it was more grease than garlic). And their house lemonade was way way way too sweet. Service was kind of slow considering it was just me in the place. So basically it was just«meh.» I think if they just focused on being great at a couple of flavors instead of mediocre at a bunch of flavors… They’d do much better.

I definitely have to agree this place is way better than WingStop, why? They have different variety of flavors that aren’t provided in most wings places. They have 27 flavors, I believe, forgot. Came for dinner and their dry rubs were all out of stock, bummer! Oh well, their wet rubs were really good too! My buddy and I, ordered the 25 wing combo, comes with 2 drinks, two side(s) and 3 dips, plus 5 flavors! Flavors: 1. Seasame Salt 2. Garlic Parmesan 3. Korean Sticky 4. Spicy Garlic 5. Saigon Alley Some of these flavors, probably not a good decision, but it’s worth a try! 1. Seasame salt — No good for me, wasn’t flavorful, it was bland and had no taste 2. Garlic parm — Too much parm, but the garlic chunks made up for it! definitely enjoyed this one 3. Korean sticky — Was okay, there was ALOTOF seasame seeds on it though, plus the order came cold :’(. Good attempt, will try again 4. Spicy Garlic — Nice flavor, wasn’t that spicy and like the korean sticky, it came out cold 5. Saigon Alley — Too much hint of fish-sauce, if it was cooked with the sauce it would had been great but the flavor of fish overpowered this. Overall, other than cold wings would come back.

This was my first time at WingBox. We ordered the Kamikaze wings, Garlic Parmesean wings, sweet potato fries, and garlic noodles. We also used our Unilocal Check-In offers for free guava and mango«lemonade.» The gauva was good but, the mango was way too sweet. First off, the Kamikaze wings live up to the hype on Unilocal! It’s SO good. The Garlic Parm was also good and a nice, dry balance to the wet Kamikaze. The sweet potato fries were good too. The biggest disappointment was the garlic noodles!!! There was no garlic, all parsley and this gross super super sweet dressing on spaghetti noodles. WHYYYYY?! I came expecting Boiling Crab-esque super garlic buttery egg noodles but, were sadly mistaken. We had so much left. It was like one of those things where you kept eating it every so often because«they couldn’t be that bad» but, then you realize«nope! they’re really bad.» The servers were really good though. We ordered at the counter and the cashier brought us our food within 10 minutes. They had an issue with their credit card system and was only accepting cash. Luckily we had cash on us but, other people had to be turned away… not good.

You would think 27 different flavors of Asian fried chicken was a good thing. But this Wingbox doesn’t have much going for it other than the variety to choose from. Order the type of wings via a combo or straight wings/drums and pay at the counter. I checked in for the free lemonade and chose the strawberry passionfruit lemonade but should of just gotten a soda or water. The lemonade was so sweet that I couldn’t drink much of it. It tasted like it was about 90% syrup. As far as eats, tried the 25 piece combo that came with 5 flavors and 3 dipping sauces. Chose the Singaporean Street, Spicy Garic, Kowloon Orange, Louisiana Apple Rub and Korean Sticky with fries instead of rice. It’s cool that they have rice as an option cause let’s face it, Asians love rice! The wings came out relativlely quickly but they all were lukewarm but were bigger than your size wing of Wingstop. But that’s all the positive I have to say for it. They all seemed to have a variation of sweet/salty component so none of them really stood out. Spicy garlic was my least fave and just tasted like it was doused in hot sauce. The fries were nice and crunchy but had way too much salt on them. For each fry I had, I found myself shaking off the excess salt. As far as service, younger guys were working and it showed that they didn’t have much experience both with the prep/cooking/service. One of the guys came over to our table and asked if it was for take out or to dine in and came back again asking if the order was with rice or fries. Both of these questions were noted when ordered the combo at the counter. Lastly, they didn’t provide a tray or anything to dump the bones so had to ask for a couple paper trays. This place has a lot of improvements to be made! It has potential but sadly potential doesn’t help in the areas I listed. Save your time/money and go to Gen Kbbq across the street in the adjacent plaza.

This is a small little spot that has expanded their menu dramatically since they first opened a few years ago. I remember there used to only be five flavors or so of wings. I dropped by again recently and was blown away by their selection of 20+ or so different flavors. If you a fan of wings,(who isn’t?) you’ll find something to like here. They are serious with their spices though, so don’t try to be a hero! They have a habenero flavor that is manageable when you’re eating it, but then gets hotter on your tongue after you’ve swallowed. The wasabi honey dip here is damn good. Overall, this is a really small place but there are enough tables that you can probably find a place to sit when you need. Be sure to check in on Unilocal to get your free tea. This place is definitely one of the highlights of the North San Jose area.

This place is like the Asian version of Wingstop with a variety of interesting flavors to try. The wings were decent. My friend and I got the Kamikaze and Spicy Garlic wings. The Kamikaze wings were really flavorful and delicious. But we didn’t like the Spicy Garlic wings because the garlic flavor was way too strong and the wings came out soggy.

If you love wings and down to try different flavors then come here! So many different flavors to try but the kamikaze is my favorite so far. The garlic noodles are on point and the gouda mac and cheese is good but I would love some bacon in there ;) Great place and would definitely come back!

If I could do half stars I would actually give Wing Box a 3.5 rating but since I can’t… 4 stars will do. I’ve been going here for the past few years and I’ve seen their growth in flavors, design, and service. Wing Box offers flavored chicken wings with rice, noodles, or fries. A very simple concept. They have a largest variety in unique sauce flavors now(used to only have 5 when they first started). My go to flavor is the Caramelized Tamarin. It’s a sweet wing with a very slight tang. This time I also tried the Kamikazi and Chile Lime. The Kamikazi sounds really spicy but it’s not. It just has their dynamite sauce(some sort of spicy mayo) and another white sauce. The chile lime was very chile and less limey so I probably wouldn’t try it again. I do recommend the Singaporean wings as well. I didn’t give this place 5 stars because the night I went, they were out of some flavors, sodas, forks. And 30 minutes to closing I overheard them say they were out of chicken. Luckily I got my food before everything was out! They also don’t do a great job of bussing tables so we had to eat with an empty beer bottle on our table. Other than that, this place is worth a try!

If you wanna try some Asian styled wings this is the place to go. They serve a variety of different types of wings so depending on your taste buds there’s pretty much everything that you can imagine. Definitely try out their kamikaze! Very interesting.

This is a go to place when you’re just tired of your standard wing flavors from other places. It’s a bunch of Asian fusion flavors that are unique and full of flavor. The staff is friendly and helpful. My go to flavors and Singaporean Street, Thai Basil, Kamikaze, and the Kowloon Spicy Orange. The wait isn’t that bad compared to other places and the environment is pretty chill.

SOMANYFLAVORS. My friend dragged me to Wing Box cause she wanted garlic noodles after we had just eaten lunch lol. And of course, me being a garlic noodle lover and never trying wing box… I gave in and bought some garlic noodles as well as some thai basil chicken wings. Both were tasty and delicious. I need to come back soon for their other flavors!

Who doesn’t looove chicken wings. ALLFLATSPLEASE! Check in here & you get a free drink(Lemonade w/your choice of mixed flavors). My niece introduced this place to me and had this place a couple of times now and my all time favorite is the Singaporean wings… Definitely has that sweet Asian sauce taste to their wings. Marinated with sesame seeds too! Another great wing flavor is the kamakaze. It is drizzled in a sauce they call dynamite which has a mild tangy taste. If you don’t like spicy then these wings are not meant for you, unfortunately. Try their garlic noodles too, they will not disappoint! Another awesome side is their seasoned fries, dip them with their dynamite sauce! $ 11.98 for a 10 piece combo with 1 sauce of your choice, 1 side dish, and 1 fountain drink! Looking for a fast food restaurant that makes chicken wings marinated in Asian sauces, this would be your go to spot. They do not disappoint! *ONLY disappointment that you will have is the small parking lot. All the drivers here… SUCK! *ASIANDRIVERS, not sorry cause I’m Asian too, haha* but beware, you’ll get irritated with the parking situation.

Oh man, this is literally like the Asian version of Wingstop. There are over 20 flavors to choose from! My boyfriend and I tried four different flavors(miso honey, Singaporean street, Thai basil and Korean sticky). We also had a side of garlic noodles. Out of all the flavors, my two favorites were Singaporean street and miso honey. My boyfriend and I both agree that Singaporean street reminds us of a soy garlic flavor, which is one of my favorite flavors of chicken! The garlic noodles were enough to feed both of us, but I think there was way too much garlic taste for my liking. I know, there is supposed to be a strong garlic taste for a reason, but I prefer them with less garlic. If you loooooove garlic then maybe you will enjoy it more. 4 stars for the variety of wing flavors you can choose from and for the overall experience. Did not get the cashier’s name who rung us up but he was patient with us while we decided on what to order and took care of our trash after we were done eating.

Whenever I’m in the area or at Great America. My first thought for dinner or lunch is wingbox… Plus the dudes that work here are hot as the oil they cook the wings in. Got here on a Friday night and they ran out of most flavors I wanted but it’s okay. Just goes to show how good they are. Anyway… I love the singaporean, and everything else is just as good. Up to your tastebuds really. The garlic noodles are worth getting everytime you come. The garlic will have you brushing your teeth 10 times after eating. But it’s so good, noodles are al dente and garlic is thoroughly soaked into the noodles. I highly love this place and dream about it every night. Fuck bww or wingstop. I love you wingbox.

The Kamikaze Wings were sweet, salty, tangy, and a bit creamy from the sauce they spread on top($ 5.99 for 7oz)! The Sour Crème and Onion fries reminded me of a less garlic-y version of regular garlic fries+were a bit saltier because of the attempt to give them a sour cream flavor. The service was really good+the place was clean&modern+the food was good(but what was most memorable was the kindness of the cashier). Also, the prices weren’t too bad.

Wing box fail. Ordered our usual togo order, and when we got home to enjoy their normally mouth watering wings, we were shocked with what we saw. disappointing wings that aren’t even a shadow to what this place normally puts out. Wings were under-cooked.(Pics posted) No crunch to wings at all. Sauce was watery and did not stick to wings at all. Basically a soup they threw onto the wings. The food experience was so bad that I don’t think we’ll be back here again; which is a bummer because we loved their wings. Please step up your game and provide your customers with the wings that made you great.

WINGS: Tons of flavors! I tried the following three flavors: Thai Basil, Jamaican, and Penang Curry. What are my thoughts? My favorite out of the three was Thai Basil because it had a sweet flavor to it, and I like sweetness. The Jamaican had a nutmeg, five spice, cloves, cinnamon type taste to it that wasn’t necessarily bad, but wasn’t what I like to taste on wings. The Penang Curry had a coconut curry taste to it much like curry you would have in a Thai restaurant or in Penang, Malaysia I assume. The curry taste wasn’t necessarily bad either, but just my preference I prefer my curry to be in a moist dish like with meat, potatoes, carrots, rice, etc. FRIES: If you like crunchy dry fries, then do not order these fries. They seem more baked than deep fried so they’re more on the moist soggy side, but more healthy for you I’m sure. These fries are seasoned, but not salty. I actually liked them and ate more than half of the tray even though they’re not your typical fries you get at most places. DEALS: Check-in for a free lemonade artisan drink. They were out of lemonade so opted for Pomegranate drink, which was sweet and just okay in my opinion. At least it was free. Combo deals available. We opted for the 15 wing combo to try 3 different flavors, with drink and fries. Nice they put everything in a cardboard pizza box for easy to-go carry-out! LOCATION: Located in an outside Asian plaza with other Asian restaurants, businesses, tapioca place, etc. It’s next to Tokyo Sushi and Ma’s restaurant. It’s a small restaurant that reminds me of a restaurant you’d see in a college town. Taller tables with stool seating. Side tables by the wall each have their own monitor to watch TV. One big TV is by the ordering counter next to the soda dispenser. PEOPLE: Young crowd like high school, college, 20’s it seemed like with an older person every now and then. Staff working there seem young too. OVERALL: Overall this place is A-OK in my book. It was packed on a Friday night and it’s a bright place so I can see why young people like it. They sure have a lot of flavors so maybe I just need to try some of the other ones to find one I really like.

I ordered the Singaporean Street and Kamikaze wings(as suggested by the cashier). It’s goooooood. I didn’t think 10 wings would fill me up, but it did. The wings are standard size, but I know that wingstop has smaller wings. The Kamikaze wings had sauces like on sushi rolls. Very flavorful and not as spicy as you think it would be(because it has that little fire icon next to the name). It’s as spicy as black pepper, which is not bad since I don’t eat spicy food at all. The Singaporean St. is my favorite still. Sweet and tangy. I also got a free lemonade because I check in on Unilocal. They didn’t stir the sugar well at the bottom though… lol. But it was free, so I’m not going to complain. :) There’s also a bathroom, but it’s ALLL the way in the back past the kitchen. :(

Asian Wing Stop!!! They have combos similar to Wing Stop(10 wings+fries+drink for $ 12). They have a large variety of flavors: Kamikze, Spicy Garlic, Curry, KBBQ, Thai Basil, the list goes on and on. I also like how they have pictures on the wall that show what each flavor looks like. Their sides include garlic fries, sweet potato fries, garlic noodles, Goude Mac n Cheese which are items you wont find at Wing Stop. The place is very tiny though. Limited seating and the restroom is located all the way in the back passed the kitchen which is kind of weird haha, but they can’t do anything about that. Also if you need to wash your hands after eating, they let you use the sink behind the counter lol! Overall, the food was very tasty. The flavors are great and the staff is very friendly! A little bit more pricey, but I’ll definitely be coming back to try the rest of the flavors. This is a must try for anyone that loves wings!
