I routinely rely on the VTA light rail transportation for commuting. Either I take the Civic Center stop or this one when I’m up for a longer walk. This is probably my least favorite station because of the unkempt bench area and platform. I think VTA can do a better job, as they typically do with the others. This place is conveniently located next to 7-​Eleven (NB platform) and a few decent restaurants..

Rail Carts are for the most part on time (within 5 – 10 min of schedule). They are clean, graffiti free, and fairly safe other than your typical 1st street antics.
