Seeing all the other positive reviews here proves how amazing this place is and that it wasn’t just me and my experience. I had a very complicated vertigo, to say the least, in more than one canal and not to mention stuck. Diron is awesome! When you are going through a horrible experience, you want someone who is determined to fix you, just as much as you want to be fixed and not just another number. Like I mentioned, I had a complicated Vertigo which took several visits and every time I was there, I knew I was in great hands and would be fixed. I no longer have Vertigo thanks to Diron. He is experienced and amazing at what he does. Actually everyone in that office is amazing. Cara, his wife, is so sweet, and even though I wanted to be cured and fixed, I actually enjoyed going to my appointments to see them, as crazy as that sounds, because they were so warm and friendly, almost like going to visit friends. I actually miss seeing everyone there. I should also mention it was easy to get an appt and they were always on time. I can’t even come up with one complaint if I tried. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I hope to never have vertigo again but if I do, I know where to go and rest assured that I will be fixed.

Vortex guys are really good at what they do. If you get vertigos (spinning sensation) when moving your head around (also known as BPPV), come and see these guys. Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and understanding and after 15 – 20 min of specific movement tests, they figure out which inner ear channel has a problem and fix it for you, usually in just one treatment. Could not be happier with the service and accommodating appointment on a very short notice. Thanks Vortex!

Two weeks ago when I laid down on the bed or turn my body to the left side, the room was spinning. I was worried and my mood started to swing, «how can I get rid of this dizziness?.» One week later, after some research on Unilocal,I found this clinic, Vortex Physical Therapy & Balance.
Immediately, I made an appointment with Cara over the phone. Cara works in the front desk and she is so great and very friendly. Physical Therapist, Diron, is very patient to explain why it caused dizziness. It’s called Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) and a very common problem. After treatment, dizziness was gone!!! I am so HAPPY and my worries are released totally.
If you get BPPV, don’t try to treat it by yourself and it could be worse. Call Cara to make an appointment and Diron will make your BPPV dizziness go away.

I’ve been bringing my 89 year old father to Vortex and he is now more confident and walking without his cane! I can’t thank them enough for the patience and empathy they have shown him as he continues to overcome the balance issues no one else has been able to help for years!
