I started visiting this place when I found I was pregnant. There are so many problems with this facility that I can’t keep track of but here are a few that I encountered. After the pregnancy test, the nurse asked me if I wanted to keep the baby?! Really?!! Then I was sent for a first blood test too early, had to redo that. Called the clinic to ask if I the lab do walk ins and they said yes. Went to the clinic, some lady took my paper and told me to wait. 45 mins later I learned that she had left for the day 30 mins ago! The nurse then told me they do not do walk in blood test. My ultrasound came inconclusive and when they rescheduled me for another U/S but no one knew the reason why?! I had to track down the nurse to get more info as I was concerned about the baby’s health and anatomy. The receptionists don’t smile and they like to gossip. They do not greet you when you walk in but rather you have to wait for them to finish with their gossips in order to be acknowledged. Today I decided to go with the different facility and I’m glad I did.

It’s difficult to smile when you enter and look around at all the anguished faces waiting for their name to be called. Also, It’s never a good thing when you start racking up the check-ins here, but such has been the case for me this past week. I’ve gone to the ER several times in the past with pretty severe issues and had to sit around waiting with the rest of the living dead for hours upon hours. Not exactly fun, though I do enjoy the camaraderie of my fellow patients. Small things, small things. Most recently though, they actually put me in a bed immediately(even before they checked me in with the wristband and vitals), which restored some of the faith I had lost in this place. Of course, it could’ve been due to the fact that I was at death’s door, but who isn’t really? Was there for eight hours and they were super patient and checked in on my status quite regularly. Hooked me up on multiple IVs of fluid and helped my pain with morphine and though I didn’t feel great when I left, I felt at least a hundred times better than when I walked in. Naturally, had to return the next day when I had an allergic reaction to some of the medication. This time the wait time totaled north of three hours, but after being on the good side of variance the day before, I was able to be more patient this time around. The only nasty people I’ve run across here are two of the receptionists on the Express Care side. Everybody else seems to care and be working for the right reasons. Quick and random shout out to Bob in Radiology department, who came one time and wheeled me back to Express Care when I was in a wheelchair. It wasn’t his responsibility whatsoever and I was supposed to wait for somebody to come get me(30 – 40 minutes). Heartwarming gesture from a stranger. It’s hard not to smile now.

Dr. Hebson is our child’s regular pediatrician and she is fantastic. She takes her time to do thorough exams and listen to her patients and she returns phone calls and paperwork faster than any other doctor our family has ever had.

By far the worst hospital ever!!! They have the worst employees that are extremely rude and unprofessional. To get a hold of a patient it was like rocket science they claimed they didn’t know where he was at and I had to be calling different areas just because of their lack of communication

Horrible horrible place to go. I was having a miscarriage and they still made me wait out in the waiting area with everyone else while I was bleeding uncontrollably. They said that trauma patients were first priority as if having a miscarriage wasn’t traumatic enough. I waited 8 hours to be seen. I am absolutely disgusted with this place. if I could give zero stars I would.

Worst place. Total nightmare. Went in and said I felt depressed and didn’t have much appetite and next thing I was locked down and they took away all my belonging and would not release me. I have no history of depression and no record and 57 years old. This was a freaking nightmare. This place is more like a jail waiting for criminals to walk in, and if you disagree they have cops and security people to handcuff you. Complete nightmare.

I have taken my daughter here 2x so far, she is new to this insurance. I love it, she loves it. She has seen Dr. Hebsen, Dr. Cohen and also had her blood drawn. The staff is amazing in each office and couldnt be more happy.
