Valet Parking at Westfield Valley Fair

Warning!!! Warning! Not recommended :-(
Horrible service, very rude employees, be careful they will take No responsibility for any scratches on vehicles, my vehicle was key and they didn’t care about it, I’m so disappointed this valet is honestly the worst. Very upset.

Scratched my brand new car’s bumper! Used my bumper to hit the curb. I’ll stay away next time. They will deny it of course.
I hate idiots who can’t do even the easiest job parking cars.

I don’t normal valet park but I used it during Christmas shopping when parking was no where to be found. I pulled up and someone approached me immediately and parked my vehicle. After shopping I came to pick up my vehicle and the valet helped me carry my bags to the car but rudely waited as if I was going to tip them. I was considering it but when you’re waiting around for it, I think they’re expecting too much for parking cars. $ 6 for valet parking was worth it for Christmas shopping but normally I’ll just park in one of the garages.
