I am giving Tri Valley only one star because I cannot get through on their telephone line 1(408)401−2017 and they have no other contact info except for an address, which I sent them a letter by snail mail and never received an answer. Does anyone out there know how I can contact them. Can anyone contact them for me and tell them that their telephone and or answering machine is not working.
