She went for the wrong major but if you need someone to talk to here is the place. She has a warm voice, sweet talk and convinced. It was nice to have a chit chat with her… she seem to know alot about stuff but the only thing she doesn’t know is LAW, I figured during the conversation. I still paid her to get my paper works from court she said within 2 weeks but its been months and I still haven’t received any call from her yet haha. I’m give 5 stars for having the balls to open this office.

I am out of town, but i called today to see if they have mailed me the retainer. They have returned 2000 of the 3000 retainer, plus they refunded me the 75 consultation fee. I will check the mail when I return home. Teresa also offered to give me advise over phone if needed.

What really disappointed me is this lawyer’s poor ethics and dishonesty.

It is not that I gave her the one start but it is by default. So just think of it as NEGATIVE stars… plural.

I had a little trouble, I thought. I tried to handle it myself, and it grew. One thing I know is that we cannot control anyone but ourselves. Oh well… My boss suggested that I call Teresa and see what she could do for me. I called her, and spent what seemed like a long time telling her about this trouble. She was sympathetic, but more importantly she knew what she was doing. Without revealing anything about the details of my case, I can tell you that what could have cost me days and days and thousands of dollars was taken care of almost without any further input from me. My little trouble disappeared in a puff of smoke. Thanks, Teresa!

Beware. This lady was sweet as pie when I initially came to her for assistance trying to save my home. She promises the world. Then, not only she fails to deliver, but will lead you on and on until she extracts all the money you have. She keeps an eye on how to charge your retainer, not for your best interests. I paid her thousands of dollars for 1 court hearing, 1 correspondence she drafted and a few live/​phone meetings for no results whatsoever. Yet she had the audacity to invoice me $ 100 for the 20 mins I waited for her at her office, a meeting in which she ended up rescheduling. In the end she farmed me out to another lawyer.
I knew results in my case are impossible to predict/​guarantee; however, what really disappointed me is this lawyer’s poor ethics and dishonesty.
