We used them for our son’s first birthday party. Their service was definitely up to par; they were professional, courteous, and most importantly, meticulous. The bounce house was clean and looked brand new! The driver even went around the bounce house to do some spot-​checking if any areas needed cleaning. The staff seemed highly customer service savvy from the initial phone call to picking up the bouncer. Looks like we will be using them every year for our boy’s birthday party!

BEST BOUNCE HOUSE COMPANY! We’ve used other vendors before but decided to look for another one that would accommodate our special request. I didn’t think it was that difficult and I do understand businesses have a system to go by that enables it to run smooth and efficiently. Thankfully, we bumped into The Bounce House Rentals, a sincere party rental company that did meet our special request. They truly deserve all 5 stars.

All the kid’s had a blast! Although there were a few slight injuries, everyone had a great time and when I said everyone… I really met everyone. The adults took over the bounce house for a couple minutes so you know they got their jumps and giggles in. I want to specifically talk about the delivery guys that came with our bounce house. They were very friendly! Our pick up time was at 5:00 pm so we were expecting them to get here right around that time. Well the party actually got extended, unexpectedly. The delivery guys came at 6:00 pm so the kids got more jumps in! Overall, the party was a hit and has referred them to all our friends and family.

David came out to my house in september and set up a jumper and was a big hit! I’ve used another company before but it deflated way too much and the compressor was so loud trying to keep up but David maintains his much better it seems! I’ll be calling him out next time for all my younger family members birthday parties! Also he was cheaper by $ 50 then all the competition!
