I have several computers, since I do projects at home requiring high quality graphics and business applications for scientific projects and writing papers. I have relied on Tech Team 2 Go to check the performance of my computers, recommend changes, install software and hardware, install new programs, and improve my home network system so it runs smoothly for about 10 years now. Their experts are always polite, and their visits are both a learning experience for me and fun because they are so helpful. I have found their staff members extremely competent, easy to communicate with, and always know exactly how to fix my computer problems quickly and correctly. As a result, my home computer system and my network runs like a dream. We opened in 2004 and went through about 4 firms for outsourced IT support until we found Joe and Tech Team 2 Go. We have a high level of expectations when it comes to our IT needs and Tech Team 2 Go (especially Joe and Sean) has exceeded those expectations every time. We are now on a regular service agreement with them and they are able to login to every computer in our office including our server securely at any time and handle some issues remotely which saves time and money, not to mention the reduced «down time». I cannot say enough about TT2Go and honestly do not know what we would do without them.
