If I could give this place zero stars(or even negative ones!), I’d do it. This place is wholeheartedly unprofessional and unethical. I purchased a Groupon deal for this place and for over two weeks now, I’ve been trying to get someone to return my calls so I can register for Zumba class. I’ve emailed and called the owner Susan several times but gee, I never get a response. I got so frustrated that I finally contacted Groupon’s customer service and asked for a refund. Next time, I’m going research a studio before even thinking about purchasing a membership. Boo!

I Joined Susan’s Zumba class in summer of 2010 at Cupertino and paid my 20 classes. After 5 classes, she closed class at Cupertino and asked us to continue our class in San Jose where is far away from I live. Since I didn’t want to drive all way to San Jose for the class, I asked her refund. After I emailed and called her many times, she left message on my phone to say she was unable to offer refund, but I could still continue to go her class in San Jose. I emailed that I won’t to go San Jose and requested refund again. She has never replied to me. I joined her class because of location. She cancelled the class and didn’t want to take her responsibility. It sucks!

The zumba class of susan chen in her dance studio is super dooper boring when I went and never would wanna return. I don’t know but she was experimenting or into something else… if you are charging that much please make it worthwhile! I’ve been to different zumba class and I almost walked out of her how she did not even prepared her class and would be in the middle of a dance step and her music will surprised her to end! Not worth a penny and time to go to her zumba class! Sorry just being honest on getting so disappointed. Your saving grace is your co instructor silke, she’s keeping people interested to continue when I attended the class. Stick with the Salsa.
