BEWARE AWEFUL SCAM
As like previous review, we found a coupon and thinking to give this company a try.
The coupon quoted for steam cleaning, deodorizing, color brightening, pre-spotting sanitation, scotchguard, light furniture move for $ 90. We called and clear all the furniture to have the foot traffic area clean, when the technician showed up, he said our carpet requires deep cleaning, scotchguard and upsell with a minimum of $ 280. I have not been so irritated with such a scam. Don’t waste your time because they are just trying to catch you in the situation whereas you have to use their service with a price that would be higher than you normally would have to pay. DON’T call and bother with their coupon advertisement!

BEWARE: My wife hired Superior to do a basic steam clean when we vacated a rental home, as required by our lease. She advised that we had a $ 90 Moneymailer coupon that covered pre-spotting and other deluxe services. Even though there were no significant stains, only normal foot traffic darkening, the provider immediately went into a well-practiced up-sell mode «because our carpets wouldn’t get clean without the $ 170 service.» I politely declined and asked for the basic cleaning. He called his boss who called my wife. She politely declined. He then presented a contract for signature that would have me waive the cleaning guarantee if I stuck with the $ 90 service. I gladly signed. He then called the office again, and made a last ditch effort to up-sell. I declined and he began to pack up his equipment to leave. I became irate and demanded a copy of the contract I signed (i.e., documented evidence) and he refused.
It is clear that they never intended to honor the $ 90 coupon.
